The property was very clean and overall comfortable. Getting in touch with property owner when problems arose was difficult. Meeting the owner would have been a personal touch and nice.

Place is not bad, just the location is not the best :)
While the apartment itself was cute and did the job at the right price the neighborhood is downright scary! Instead of saying an older part of town they should down rite call it the hood! I took an uber twice from this location and both drivers let me know I was NOT in a good part of town! I was partially great full for the neighbors dog that barked half the night away probably keeping shading characters away and keeping me awake at the same time.
The parking here was absolutely ridiculous as you are expected to park in the adjacent vacant lot that was overgrown with weeds and tree stumps that I managed to not see and back over and smashed in my tailpipe! Then you have to walk across the neighbors front yard to get into the apartment with them watering and making it muddy. All the while there is room for 2 vehicles to be parked in the drive but you are not allowed to do so.
The last thing that was really annoying was there was no cable here, only Netflix on a TV in the living room that was hard to hear and unable to log into the bedroom tv. Good thing I had taken my Alexa for tune. Otherwise if your young and adventurous this is the place for you.
