Located 600 meters from Villefranche beach and the old town, this 90 m2 detached house, surrounded by a garden, offers magnificent views of the sea, Cap Ferrat and the harbor of Villefranche. It is reached by a staircase of approximately 10 meters in height.
It is located two kilometers from Nice, Beaulieu and Saint Jean Cap Ferrat.
Besides the pleasures of the beach, it is ideally located for tourism: Eze, Menton, Monaco and Italy are around 30 minutes by car. Frequent trains and buses connect these destinations
It is suitable for a family of four. The two bedrooms are furnished with 140 x 190 cm beds.

Amazing view

Amazing view from the house over the bay of villefranche- jst couldn’t stop looking at it! It was a wonderful comfortable retreat - very quiet as you are quite high up away from the town- a bonus. It’s a lovely town with fabulous places to eat and so close to Nice and St Jean Cap Ferrat with great walks. A great find!

Malerischer Blick

Wir hatten hier zwei herrliche Urlaubswochen. Ein etwas verwunschener Garten mit einem malerischen Blick nach Süden, teilweise unter einer wunderbar schattigen Zeder. Das Haus ist geräumig, die Küche prima ausgestattet und die Matratzen sehr gut. 8 kWh Strom sind im Preis inbegriffen. Guter Kontakt zur stets hilfsbereiten Agentur. Einziger Wermutstropfen: die Mücken; hier muss man aktiv werden. Wir können diese Ferienhaus bestens empfehlen.

Vue exceptionnelle !

On se sent accueilli comme dans une maison de famille. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et très attentionnés. Il est toujours possible de trouver un coin d'ombre dans le jardin. La vue imprenable est un plaisir dont on ne se laisse pas et permet de profiter des feux d'artifice, nombreux cet été !

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt , toller Blick abends auf die Bucht von Villefranche, in der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man so braucht, hier und da wären zwar kleinere Renovierungen nötig aber das hat nicht weiter gestört; unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit der Agentur;

Un endroit magnifique

Pour profiter de la Côte d'Azur...

La vue magique sur la baie de Villefranche à l'heure du petit déjeuner ou le soir à l'apéro fait tout le charme de cette maison. Elle a été notre base pour une exploration de la "french riviera".

Nous avons été charmés par cette très agréable maison à la vue imprenable. Tout est fait pour que l’on s’y sente chez soi, à commencer par la propriétaire qui est adorable. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour et y reviendrons très certainement.

Fantastische Aussicht auf die Bucht und Saint Jean Cap Ferrat

Die Wohnung hat unsere Erwartungen nicht enttäuscht. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Die insgesamt 420 Stufen von der Wohnung bis zum Hafen haben sorgten für ein tägliches Fitnessprogramm. Wenn man das nicht will fährt jedoch auch ein Bus .

Villefranche hat eine der besten Lagen an der Cote d' Azur und profitiert von der Nähe zum Nizza mit vielen kulturellen und historischen Highlights. Das Haus liegt in perfekter Lage direkt oberhalb der Altstadt von Villefranche unmittelbar an einem Felsabhang und hat einen großartigen Blick über die gesamte Bucht und auf Cap Ferrat. In zweiter Baureihe am Hang ist es gut durch einen Zugang mit einer Treppe zwischen den Grundstücken der unmittelbaren Straßenanlieger erreichbar. Parkmöglichkeit für ein Auto gibt es immer an der Straße. Das Zentrum von Nizza mit allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist in 15 Autominuten erreichbar, große Lebensmittel Supermärkte in 10 Autominuten. Mit zwei Schlafzimmern ist das Haus komfortabel für vier Personen. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es eine weitere Doppelschlafcouch. Die Küche ist vollständig und großzügig ausgestattet. Das Grundstück bietet auf der Panoramaseite natürlichen Baumschatten. Die Vermieter Marie-Rose und Jean sind sehr nett und kommunikativ und helfen gern bei eventuellen Fragen. Für die Unterstützung vor Ort steht jederzeit eine englischsprachige Mitarbeiterin einer lokalen Immobilienagentur zur Verfügung, die von den Vermietern beauftragt ist. Insgesamt bietet das Haus die perfekte Situation zum Relaxen mit Meerblick wie auch für die Erkundung der schönsten Gegend der Cote d' Azur.

Très agréable maison, au calme, avec une vue magnifique sur la baie de Saint Jean Cap Ferrat. Rien ne manque dans la maison et surtout, les propriétaires sont charmants et très prévenant. A recommander sans hésitation!

A wonderful relaxing stay in a charming family home overlooking the bay of Villefranche

A delightful little riviera house on the hillside, the owners Mme and M Le Dain have thought of everything to ensure a relaxing stay in their charming home. The steep climb to the property provided an unintended workout with great results for all the family who returned home stronger and fitter after a wonderful stay in Villefranche. The lack of wifi proved to be an added bonus weaning teenagers from mobile phones and iPads which enabled us all to rediscover the pleasures of dinner conversation on the terrace en famille and the joy of loosing oneself in a good book. Aperitifs in the garden overlooking the bay of Villefranche and Cap Ferrat whilst viewing the yachts sailing into the harbour below were delightful aspects of an altogether perfect stay on the Riviera. We hope to be back. Thank you!
