Hello. Thanks for checking out our clean, contemporary home in Saint Joseph! We call it the Lincoln House. Renovated exclusively for short term rental, our 2 bedroom home is the perfect spot to make lasting memories with friends and family. Located in a quiet neighborhood, just a short drive to downtown, beaches of Lake Michigan, wineries, and breweries. Lots to see and do in this vacation spot. Our location is also only a 40 minute drive to Notre Dame. Hosts are Rich and Rhonda, always available to respond and help. No pets please.

Great rental, close to the beach!

The house is fantastic. There is plenty of space, it's very clean, comfortable beds and couches, all decorated so cute. Couldn't ask for a better location, 15 minutes to several great beaches and the town of St Joseph, less than 5 minutes to grocery. We usually visit St Joseph's every year and we will definitely book this house again!

Great place - super cute decor and felt very clean (and I have high standards)! Great location, and truthfully had everything one could need :) Rhonda and Richard are also fabulous hosts because I left my airpods at the house and they shipped them to me immediately 💜 Thanks for a great time!

The hosts have clearly worked hard to provide a clean and comfortable rental. The beds and furniture are comfortable and the kitchen is well-stocked with whatever cookware you might need. The hosts are very responsive. The Lincoln House is a short drive to Lake Michigan and was perfect for our needs. We would absolutely rent again!

Quiet And Restful

We were pleasantly surprised. The accommodations were comfortable and quiet. Communication was quick and easy and we very much enjoyed our stay. The two different beds and assortment of pillows made it easy to find the right sleeping arrangement, and the location was not only easy to get to, but also a near-perfect central location for what we were hoping to do while there. It was a very, very nice stay. Again, thank you so much for sharing your place with us.

I've stayed here 3 times, and it's been consistently wonderful. The house is cute, clean, and comfortable, and the neighborhood is quiet. Ruchard and Rhonda are great hosts!

Great little two bedroom

House was clean and exactly as pictured. Only downside was not knowing that walking places isn’t an option due to proximity and lack of sidewalks but that’s not really specific to this property and more just something we weren’t aware of!

Another Great Family Getaway!

We love staying at the Lincoln House! This was our second time and we will be back again next year! Rhonda & Richard always keep an immaculate property and we love the updates they did since our last stay -- especially the beautiful outdoor deck! They are very responsive hosts and always create a warm welcome and the perfect home away from home for a family vacation -- thank you! :)))

SAND SO SOFT AT SILVER BEACH!

House was well supplied😁 Fans were a little noisy, but we did sleep. We needed to do more research to find were to RENT dune buggies, and to charter a short boat ride. We did the last evening figure out the TAXI BOAT😁 Car show and Farmers market was some good activities. Loved Silver Beach, enjoyed the seagulls!, sand Sooo SOFT and CLEAN. Volleyball and splash pad nice additives. Water was too rough for us first timers to try paddle boarding . St Joeseph and Silver Beach is a place we’ll come back too. 👍🏼

I returned to the Saint Joe area to visit family. They literally lived around the corner from the rental. It was so convenient to the downtown area, the beaches, the stores and everything. It was super clean and super convenient. It will be my regular place to stay in the future.

Peaceful home

We had a great time staying at Lincoln House! The blackout curtains in the bedroom were a big help. 5 minute drive to St. Joe, 10 minutes to Silver Beach. The amenities were exactly as listed. Easy check in and check out.

After retiring, we wanted something to keep us busy. Rhonda worked as a nurse for many years. Richard was a marriage and family therapist with a private practice. We moved to this area in 2013 because we had visited many times, and always saw ourselves retiring here. It eventually became a reality, and we have never regretted it. We are always available for questions or assistance. We live two minutes away.
