Villa Toscana is a spectacular BEACH FRONT 5 bdrm/5 bath house in the exclusive gated community of Bella Sirena Resort. Located away from busy condo towers, Villa Toscana offers guests the privacy of a home with added convenience of resort amenities including pools, tennis court, pickleball, pool bar, fitness center and beautifully manicured landscaping. You are literally steps away from the waters of the Sea of Cortez.

Friends and family will love soaking in the private jacuzzi or sharing margaritas on the expansive lower and upper patios. You'll love the gourmet kitchen, finely appointed bedrooms, outdoor propane grill, fire pit, paddle board and sea kayak. Villa Toscana is the perfect location to relax and make lasting memories.

Maximum occupancy of 14 total is strictly enforced by HOA security. Kids 4 and under don't count toward occupancy limit. Use caution around jacuzzi and fire pit. You will need to buy your own firewood. The propane fire pit next to the jacuzzi is not available to be used by renters.

Great Place on the Beach

Everything went great and made for a great family Christmas on the beach in Mexico. Place was clean and everything we could ask for. Staff around the facility were extremely nice and polite. Would book another vacation here again!!!

Nice beach house

Stay was nice. Only complaint is that we paid to rent a beach house on the beach but we always had to walk way down the way for beach access. Should just be able to walk out the back of the property but security wouldn’t allow it because of the plants they are trying to grow. Besides that small inconvenience we had a lot of fun. Garage parking was super nice.

This home never disappoints. It is the most beautiful home in all of Sandy Beach. We had 5 adult couples and lived like Kings & Queens for 4 days. We can’t wait to come back.

Perfect water front location

This Villa is beautiful. All bedrooms were large and had their own full baths. large kitchen dining/sitting area for entire family to enjoy themselves. Exterior is extremely spacious and includes sunning deck, multiple sun tanning chairs, hot tub and grill. I would highly recommend staying here and plan to do so again.

Fabulous Beach Villa

My friends and I loved the villa on the beach. Bedroom set up worked out perfectly for four couples and one single. Villa was clean and well stocked for all our needs. The only issue we had was the bathrooms would get a very strong sewage smell. Even with that we’d rent this villa again.

Amazing Beach Rental for Family Vacation!

This house is really fantastic and Neal is the perfect host! Location is right on the beach, cleanliness of the house was incredible (I am picky) Hot tub, fire places, all worked. Outstanding comfort for a large family - have a ton of items in the house (which is rare) blenders for margaritas, two coffee machines, plenty of beach towels, ample supply of paper towels, Kleenex, toilet paper - etc. We will be booking this house again for our large family, as everyone enjoyed themselves and left completely relaxed! Amazing place!

This vacation rental was amazing! Gorgeous place! great beach location! We had a great family vacation. Only thing I would of liked was a binder with information on how to operate fireplace, hot tub, etc… I also like getting check out procedure when I leave a rental. We all kept looking for a renter binder to answer questions we had. Example- where was the chlorine for the hot tub? We needed some as the chlorinator was empty and water was clouding up. Other than that we had no complaints… place is amazing!!!

Girls trip

This is the second time staying at this resort. The villas are amazing and the host of our home was extremely communicative. The proximity to the beach was amazing but the path leading down to the beach was extremely steep. The grounds crew is working on rebuilding the path that was affected by weather from the prior hurricane season. Our villa was stocked with plenty of beach towels, Kitchen utensils and other pantry necessities. I would say the cookware was heavily used and no longer had the nonstick coating for the frying pans. We spent time the days at the beach and early evenings at the swim-up bar. The sunsets on the beach every night were some of our favorite times of this trip!

Great house

We had easy check in at the gate of the resort. Our driver from USA was able to drive our luggage to the front door of the house. The big problem was that NO taxis were allowed to pick us up from the front door even when loaded up with golf clubs. It really is set up for you to have your own car. We are a group of seniors, so annoying to have to walk so far to get cab. Other negative was that there is NO restaurant in the resort, other than small pool bar that had short hours of being open i.e. 12noon till 6pm. So nowhere to go for breakfast. veranda and beach lovely o

Wonderful home with some glitches

A lot of confusion at check-in with the door entry not working. Took some time to rectify. Front entryway does not lock as worn so garage is not secure. The home itself is beautiful and well furnished. The cleanliness was just, ok.. Being on the beach is difficult to maintain cleanliness, but the windows and patio had sand and residue on the windows as we moved in. Bathroom towels were ok but not very absorbent. Instructions for the unit should be on the counter not a wall out of sight. The 5th bedroom should be explained as a casita outside the main building and the keys placed where they could be easily found. However, the home was very accommodating for a large group and the bedrooms were wonderfully furnished with two with ocean views and entry to the patio. Overall a great stay.

I'm sure it was great at some point.

We have stayed in all 4 of the Villas on the west side of the resort before. Those have always been extraordinary, very clean, and well taken care of. This time we stayed at one of the villas on the east side, #2 to be exact. So many things were not working, or were just old and neglected. Garage door didn't work, base of one bed was broken, bathroom light not working, wobbly toilet on another restroom, the pillows on the 3 of the beds and the sofas had a rotten smell to them, the backyard sink wasn't working, about 4 or 5 lights outside were out and had to have dark spots at night, and to top it off, the guys that were renting out shades at the beach were storing them in the hall that ran between us and the next door villa, so we had to deal with random strangers walking up our backyard and go through between the two houses all day, every day. There was so many things that we couldn't believe since we've never had one single bad experience in the 7 years in a row we've been renting the villas here in Bella Sirena. Issues need to be resolved asap, these rentals are not cheap, we actually are looking to rent somewhere else for out 2024 trip, it was a great 6 year run, until now, 7th year was so bad we either only rent a villa from the west side, or go rent one somewhere else on a different resort.

My name is Neal Harris and I am the property manager of Villa Toscana (Villa #2). Rocky Point is my family's favorite vacation spot. My kids love spending time on the beach where they have created some of their most cherished family memories. The home is maintained and cleaned by my personal friends, Carlos and Yulma Garcia.

Why they chose this property

I fell in love with the area and the relaxed atmosphere of life at the beach. It is a wonderful gathering spot. As a parent, it has been magical to watch my children explore the beach and watch the sunset.
