Central air, heat, Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, full kitchen, Keurig, outdoor fenced-in private patio, grill, outdoor shower, front porch deck with seating, 1 car driveway and un-metered street parking.
Extras:
Include 4 Seaside Heights beach badges; adult & children's bikes, beach chairs, umbrella and beach stroller provided. Fully raised garage downstairs hang out area provides ping pong table for kids and adults, another couch and additional large dining set and leads to the private patio to BBQ!

My family and I have been traveling to the shore for many years and have made so many great memories. Finally, the opportunity came to buy this beautiful property that was recently raised and completely remodeled. This house has everything that we wanted as a beach home. We look forward to hosting you, and hope you have an opportunity to make memories and enjoy Seaside as much as our family does.
What makes this property unique
Very clean and neatly kept property with private backyard, family friendly block with the nicest neighbors. Short distance to everything including beach, food store, bay, boardwalk etc. Personal driveway and un-metered street parking is a major benefit in the busy seasons.
