Upstairs, two bedrooms with bathroom and wc, a mezzanine with a possible sleeping for two people.
Closed courtyard in front of the house, terrace on the garden side with barbecue, lawn and flower garden on a plot of 1ha adjoining the owners.
The house is located 500 m from the site of the Saint Jouvin fountain, renowned for decades for its water which would cure skin problems, Whit Monday is the meeting place for pilgrims to celebrate and honor Saint Jouvin.
You will have easy access to the many tourist sites in the region: Channel Islands, Nez De Jobourg, Cité De La Mer, Phare De Gatteville, Landing Beaches, ...).
You can enjoy the beaches: Barneville-Carteret at 26 km. Saint-Vaast La Hougue 30 km away (Ile de Tatihou).
You can visit Cherbourg, its history, its port, its shops, its casino, ... 15 km away.
