Our family has enjoyed Nassau for over 15 years. This is our 2nd home we have owned on the island. We also rented out our 1st Nassau home over the years. We love the crystal clear waters, warm sunshine and unlimited water sports available. Living near Toronto, we love to get out of winter and come to Bahamas. Bahamians are hospitable and are laid back. Just purchased and newly furnished our Delaporte townhouse in April 2019 and are glad to be able to walk to the beach and 2 pools. We are really pleased with this gated community.
Why they chose this property
We always wanted to be on the ocean in Nassau. We are happy to share this lifestyle with others and the comforts of home. You can walk to 8 restaurants or eat in. Delaporte is a well kept gated community which is like a resort. There is snorkeling around the point.
What makes this property unique
It is lovely to fall asleep with the sound of palm trees swaying in the breeze!
