Dolphin Point #402C is a spacious, airy, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on Holiday Isle in Destin with beautiful views of the Harbor & Gulf. Just 2 blocks from the beautiful white sandy beach this newly renovated elevator building is right on the Harbor with a pool, tennis courts, clubhouse, and nearby beach access. With accommodations for up to 6 people this condo also has Flat screen TV's in the Master Bedroom as well as the Living Room. Close to shopping, restaurants, outlets & amusements attractions. Not only is it conveniently located near shopping, Big Kahunas water park and the marina but included are amenities for a round of golf, deep sea fishing, dolphin cruise, and movie rental for one person per day for each day of your stay.

*7 night minimum (Saturday - Saturday) Memorial Day - Labor Day / Spring Break & Fall Break*

Amenities included with your stay include:
- One complimentary round of golf with cart at Regatta Bay, per paid night stay.
- One complimentary half-day deep-sea fishing trip for one adult, per paid night stay.
- One complimentary Snorkel tour per unit, per paid night stay.
- One complimentary adult fare aboard the Sea Blaster per unit, per paid night stay.

Great Location

This location was very central to lots of activities and also included private access to the gulf. The pool area was also nice and well kept. The condo itself was beautiful and the perfect size for myself and my 2 daughters. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great spot in Destin!

This was a great place to stay in Destin! Beautiful view of the harbor, close to the beach, and close to bars/restaurants. Everything that was needed for a pleasant stay was provided and the host was very helpful and responsive to all of our questions. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone staying in Destin.

Family getaway

The property was beautiful, but the overall cleanliness of the unit could have been a bit better. The floors were a bit dirty, the furniture was dusty, and coffee grounds and old coffee from the previous tenants had been left in the coffee pot. (Gross) We had to call to get parking passes as they had not been left in the unit as promised. Other than that, we had an amazing time and will happily come back!

Girls Trip

Our trip to see family was a good one. The condo was just right for the 4 of us. It was clean and bright. Had everything we needed. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a beautiful view of the water. The chairs do need a little TLC.

The location was nice, not directly on the beach which I like. The pool area was very large so we didn’t have to worry about over crowding. Our unit was clean and looked very new.

The overall stay was nice, the condo needs attention more updates, better attention to cleaning, patio furniture is old and worn needs to be updated. The pictures on the website don’t tell the truth about the condo itself . Gail on the property was wonderful.

Happy but not happy..

The room itself was very nice. The patio furniture was 😖 awful.. The code to the pool didn't work we was locked in for atleast 40 minutes it was night and it was cold this made this very upset.. The beach is quiet a ways from the condo they need rental golf carts like the other condos .

This was our 1st time in Florida and our 1st time renting a condo. We enjoyed our stay at your rental. We were able to use some of the free complimentary experiences and enjoyed the pool and access to beach. Would love to do it again.

we really enjoyed our stay . condo is in a nice location , peaceful neighborhood. short walk to beach. The beds were comfortable, lots of pillows . View of harbor and pool was nice. saw dolphins. You could even see the Fireworks from Harbor Boardwalk from Balcony. We will definitely be back.

Not beachfront but still good location and beautiful waterviews

The unit was as described and close to the elevator. The poor front door and the rugs have seen better days. I really liked the beautiful views, the pool, the gas grills and the beachy area, but the coin operated laundry machines with the shortage going on was a HUGE inconvenience.

Clean and updated

This condo was great for our family of four. It was clean and updated and the bedding was better than most rental condos. The location and view was also great. My only comments would be to offer better/more patio seating. Getting hooked up to WiFi was a bit of hassle as you have to contact a separate company and they were a little slow to respond. We also had a plumbing issue that took a little longer than usual. However, we would return to this unit again.

Enjoyed our stay

Overall experience outweighed our frustration with several things: 1) Back bedroom has 2 beds that are like bricks, noisy and bright light through the window - covered the window with black garbage bags to block out light 2) Pots & pans were sub-par - ruined, cheap & dried scrambled eggs still in the pan! Management brought a cheap set of replacement pans. Rug in kitchen was filthy. Otherwise, I enjoyed being with my grand baby - the pool & view were just what we needed.

Emerald Coast

Emerald coast was very poor. The property was GREAT. I was never given any info or codes to anything until i had to call. The reps at emerald coast talked to me like i was stupid when i had questions as far as how to get into things. I stayed 5 days and paid for 5 fulls days, but couldn’t check in until 4 on the first day and had to be out by 10 my last day. More or less got 3 full days for the price of 5. I would go back tomorrow if there was another rental company i could go through
