Modern and comfortable two-room apartment for 4 people. On the 2nd floor with elevator, private parking and sheltered.
In a secure residence, sunny building exposed to the quiet side garden, with stunning views of the mountain. Ideally located in the most sought after area of the resort, in the heart of the main shopping street, 10 m from a walking path, 20 m from the Tourist Office, close to the thermal baths. All travel is on foot.
- The apartment has an equipped kitchen and complete appliances: combined oven (rotating heat, microwave and grill) refrigerator and freezer, induction hob, extractor hood, robot multifunction, coffee maker, toaster, raclette machine, new dishes (children included)
- Flat screen TV.
- Bedding: four Bull-Tex anti-microbial, mite and fungal beds in two separate rooms.
- Cabinets and large drawers with ample storage.

Studio bien situé au cœur de Luchon et aux pieds des cabines.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine malgré le peu de neige. Studio très bien situé, pour profiter du village ou monter à Super-Bagnière. Le propriétaire est très à l’écoute.

la neige n'était pas spécialement au RDV mais pas le temps de s'ennuyer car il y a plein de choses à faire ! quelques propositions du propriétaire, des resto très bons tout est à coté. on pose la voiture et on fait tout à pied. l'appartement est petit mais très fonctionnel. parfait

La semaine avec nos deux enfants fut très agréable dans le centre ville de Luchon. Dommage qu i' n y avait pas neige mais les enfants ont pu quand même faire de la luge sous le soleil. M. Soreau est très professionnel et à l écoute des petits soucis.

Nous avons passé un agréable week-end prolongé à Luchon ( couple avec 2 filles de 7 et 4 ans). Appartement rénové avec goût et très bien agencé. Emplacement idéal pour aller aux plaisirs de la neige. Appartement en plein centre ville et à proximité du télécabine. Il a été refait à neuf. Très bonne rénovation et de bon gout. Il est bien équipé, lumineux et propre. L'appartement est très agréable pour 2. Balcon donnant sur la montagne. Appartement bien aménagé. 2 conseils au propriétaire: remettre une procédure avec les clés (accès parking, emplacement de la résidence, etc) et à l'intérieur prévoir des tables et lampes de chevet près du canapé lit. Appartement refait récemment et bien entretenu. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire qui est très disponible. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances reposantes et sportives. L'appartement se situe au pied du téléphérique et à 20 m de la rue principale de Luchon. Nous y retournerons volontier.
