Lakeview 2 Beautifully Renovated Condo Sleeps 4!

Lakeview condominium is located in Miramar Beach, FL. This is a small, uncrowded complex that is the perfect beach getaway for a couple or a small family of four. It is just steps across the street to private beach access and white sandy beaches of The Gulf of Mexico. Miramar Beach has so much to offer in restaurants, entertainment, local attractions, and entertainment. This is the spot to get away in paradise!

This 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a living area that has a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, and a large flat screen TV. A master bedroom with a king size bed, a private bathroom, and a large flat screen TV. A half bathroom in the hallway. Washer and dryer in unit.

2 beach chairs and an umbrella provided in the unit for your use

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be eserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

30 second walk to the beach
We had an amazing stay at this VRBO condo! The location truly can’t be beat—just a 30-second walk to the beach, which made sunrise strolls and sunset views so easy and magical. The condo itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The host was friendly and responsive, making the whole experience smooth from start to finish. We’ll definitely be back—highly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway!

This cute condo had everything that we needed to make our stay perfectly memorable. It was three minute walk to the beach and had tons of shops and fun things to do right down the road. The condo was clean and the Host was available and responsive. The kitchen was perfectly stocked for us to cook the fish that we caught on our fishing charter. The bed was comfortable and everything felt very clean. I would definitely book again

The condo was adorable and cozy. Loved the bath and a half; my husband and me had separate places to get ready. I was very happy with the closeness to the beach and private gate access. The property manager was very receptive to the issues we encountered in the condo. The issues did not deter our good experience there. It was a little loud with the gas station right next to the condo, but in the end it worked to our advantage by going there to purchase the items that we needed.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The quick access to the beach was really great. There were a few hiccups with some work orders, so we didn’t have a microwave for almost all of our stay, but it all worked out fine. The communication with the owners was outstanding though. Responses were quick and very friendly and accommodating.

Will definitely book again. Loved the convince of location and beach access was amazing. Grateful for chairs and umbrella provided. We didnt have any issues with gate code or getting back to condo from beach later in evening. No funky smells when ac was on, sink in bathroom did drain slow but for an older apt and all that sand it's exposed to I'm sure it's normal and with a hall/kitchen sink it didnt cause any inconvenience. The bed was super comfy and deck on one side has a great view of water, pefect to drink your coffee in am and enjoy ♡ I have absolutely no complaints it was heaven. Cant wait to come back again.

First I’ll like to thank you for allowing us to stay in one of your rentals, it was our first time ever staying and going through Vrbo. The place was great and very clean as expected and very accommodating to us. Beach was very close with easy access but the gate would allow us in but would not allow us to exit with out having to put code on the front of gate and open it the same way as entering. Shower was small and lacks in water pressure and water doesn’t drain as should, but was able to wash self clean. Bathroom sink also didn’t drain fast enough but was still was able to do its job. The rental did have a mildew smell while ac was running. But over all the place was nice and would contemplate on booking again. I would recommend it a 7 out of 1-10.

It Was Perfect for Us!
This is an awesome location! There is no beach view but the beach is just right across the street. This is an older complex and the exterior of the building is showing some wear and tear. However, the inside of this unit was updated and clean. I will certainly rent again

The condo was as listed. The beach access was right across the street. Going back and forth from the beach to the condo was very convenient. There is an outside faucet for rinsing off the sand. Plenty of linens and towels. Kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable. Both rooms have blackout curtains which we used often. The A/C worked great. We would definitely stay here again.
