Welcome ! Beautiful spacious air-conditioned apartment with large terrace

Our accommodation has many assets.
Renovated, very well equipped, spacious (56 m2), bright and air conditioned, our apartment is located on the top floor, accessible by lift, a beautiful residence that has 4.
This one, far from the tumults of a seaside resort, while being close to a supermarket (5 mn on foot), restaurants, etc ....
Our residence is secured with a guard; quiet and green, with access to the private marina, it has a particularly delectable pool if you do not want to go to the beach that you can reach in 15 minutes on foot, or 5 minutes to bikes (2) put At your disposal .
You enjoy a large terrace (21 m2) equipped with a table and 6 chairs, overlooking the marina and the surrounding mountains.
The 2 bedrooms have large closets.
The kitchen is equipped with a conventional oven + microwave, a induction hob 3 burners, a dishwasher, refrigerator and all utensils and small appliances (coffee maker, toaster, electric griddle, etc. ...)
The bathroom with bathtub has a toilet. Separate toilets welcome a washing machine.
The large living room has a large screen TV, a sofa bed and dining room furniture.
Linen is not provided and if you do not want to clean the apartment, a paid option is possible.

Taking possession of the apartment from 4 pm and until 6 pm and its return before 11 am is in the presence of a person of confidence.

Agréable séjour à Rosas

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez M. et Mme Maillard. L'appartement est très agréable et bien placé. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse qui est spacieuse. Nos hôtes ont été très arrangeants sur les modalités d'arrivée dans l'appartement, nous laissant prendre possession des lieux en début d'après-midi. Nous recommandons cette location pour passer de très bonnes vacances.

Un appartement au top, avec tout le confort nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances. Logement fidèle à l'annonce. Il ne manque rien, tout y est . Les hôtes sont sympathiques et très réactifs, et Véronique qui nous a accueilli sur place a été géniale, elle aussi. Je vous le recommande à 100%, vous ne serez pas déçu 👍.

Sehr schönes angenehmes Appartement

Nir 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad bis zum Strand von Santa Margarida (2Fahrräder zur Vergügung). Sehr gut ausgestattet, alles was man braucht. Im Hochsommer ist es gut dass man eine Klimaanlage hat, die sehr gut funktionliert.

Appartement agréable pour un séjour en famille

Appartement spacieux et très bien équipé. Le balcon est très agréable le soir avec vu sur le port de plaisance et la montagne. La résidence est très calme. Nous avons passé un excellent séjours en famille. Nous avons également été très bien accueillis par Veronique, la personne de confiance locale. Petit bémol sur l’ascenseur qui est tombé en panne (appartement au 4ème étage) compliquée avec un bébé et une poussette. Je recommande cette appartement pour un séjour agréable en famille à Roses.

Notre séjour à Roses a été très réussi, le logement est vraiment très bien équipé. Climatisation indispensable pour bien dormir. Terrasse agréable face à la Marina. La piscine de la résidence nous a enchantée, elle ponctuait nos débuts ou fin de journée. Logement que je recommande. Pour l'accueil et la sortie, parfait efficace et sympathique

Moderne Ferienwohnung

Uns hat die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Die Räume sind gut aufgeteilt (2 Schlafzimmer, Küche, Essecke, Bad und Wäscheraum mit 2.WC) + Balkon. Die Klimaanlagen (3 St.!) in den beiden Schlafzimmern und im Wohnzimmer sind sehr leistungsstark und gut gewartet. Keine unangenehmen Gerüche. Die Küche ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet, u.a. Induktionsherd (!). Die Abende haben wir auf dem Balkon sehr genossen, tagsüber waren wir gerne in dem schönen Pool. Die Strandpromenade ist zu Fuß in 15min gut zu erreichen, darüberhinaus gibt es auch eine gute Busverbindung in die Stadt (Haltestelle 200m entfern) und mit Auto ist natürlich auch alles gut erreichbar. Ach ja, bevor ich’s vergesse: das W-LAN war ebenfalls top-dafür gibt es Extrapunkte 👍 Alles in allem hat uns der Urlaub in der Wohnung sehr gut gefallen 👍👍👍

Plus qu 'un lieu de vacances, c est un appartement où l 'on se sent chez soi ! Très bel endroit , appartement disposant de tous les équipements pour s ' y sentir vraiment bien. Belle terrasse et endroit calme, sans circulation. Bravo pour les vélos à disposition ! Un séjour qui donne envie de revenir. Des hôtes et une conciergerie à l 'écoute. Merci à eux de nous considérer autrement que de simples vacanciers !

Tout est parfait, rien a dire. Les gérants sont très gentils, vraiment a l'écoute. L'appartement est encore mieux que sur les photos, vraiment il est magnifique, spacieux et avec un incroyable balcon. Je recommande vivement.

Séjour agréable, proche des commerces. Les vélos en bon état sont utiles pour joindre la plage avec les serviettes et accessoires de plage. Attention à la notion de parking en été, il est difficile de trouver un emplacement disponible! L'équipement de l'appartement correspond à l'annonce (cuisine juste installée). À louer avec confiance.
