This recently refurbished apartment is on the 2nd flloor of a secure residence.
From the entrance area, you could join directly the living room equipped with a sofa bed (140x200) and a trundle bed (80x190x2). The opened kitchen is all equipped ans very functional. This room opens to a first terrace, to the Ocean. A table and chairs are at your disposal to get comfortable and enjoy the spectacle on the waves rythm.
On the other side of the flat, a double room with a queensize bed (160x200) opens to a second balcony. Many storage spaces are available there. Adjoining the bedroom, the bathroom fitted with a bath.
Toilets are separated.
In this flat you willl find all the necessary equipement to enjoy carefree holidays : a washig machine, a dish washer and a FREE wifi access.
A Parking space is available in the residence to ensure easy parking even on high season.
A deposit is required upon arrival including 30€ for cleaning. The flat may be clean at the checkout to get it back.
Bedsheets and towels rental are available under request.
