And you're only minutes from the allure of DE and MD beaches, boardwalk, shopping and restaurants. Relax on the sun porch with your morning coffee while enjoying the lake view, then head just 2.5 miles up the road to the beach. When you return home you can wash the sand away in the roomy outdoor shower, squeeze in a walk or game of tennis before dinner, and spend the evening watching movies with family on the HDTV. Mallard Lakes is a great place to relax at a quiet get-away spot, or if you wish, all of the activities of an ocean resort are there to enjoy, too!

Owned by sisters Betsy and Ann, the property was purchased as a family gathering spot shortly after our mother passed away. Along with Ann's husband, Paul, we have renovated and updated over the years. We have created a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere that allows us to kick back and reminisce while making wonderful new memories with our family. We hope you will feel at home there, too!
