You will be living on one side of a charming duplex in the quiet, Woodbine neighborhood. The house is located at the top of a hilltop with easy access to the interstate and/or airport. Woodbine was first settled in the late 1700’s and this part of Nashville was previously called Flat Rock. In 1939, this neighborhood in Flatrock was named Woodbine, after a large estate that was located on Nolensville Road. The Woodbine Neighborhood Association is very active in the community.
