Our cleaning team has adopted even higher cleaning standards utilizing Enviro Care Neutral Disinfectant in order for our guests to have a safe and comfortable stay.

This home features an open concept with 2 living rooms, a large kitchen for entertaining, and a screened in porch to relax on. With plenty of space to be comfortable and spread out, this two-story home is perfect for any group wanting to experience all Music City has to offer!

The main level features a large living space, which flows from the entryway through the dining area and kitchen to the living room. One bedroom & accompanying full bathroom and the master bedroom with en suite bathroom are both on this floor as well.

The second level features another living space, which includes a sleeper sofa to relax and unwind after enjoying all Nashville has to offer. The upstairs level also features two bedrooms and a full bathroom.

Birthday Bash in Nashville!

This home really is stunning. I would highly recommend staying here. Our host was so easy to communicate with and it was a real pleasure to work with her. It’s a great location and just a short Uber ride to Broadway, where all the action is. Ubers were readily available at all times.This was my first tip to Nashville and I’ll definitely be back!

Amazing stay while we attended a wedding

Beautiful home/quiet neighbouhood

Stayed at this property for 4 nights in October 2023 after a long drive from Canada. Home is reflected well in the photos provided on the listing. Very cute and very clean. The host, Kathleen, responded quickly to the few questions we had during the process. On the downside there were no USB charging ports that we could find and the recycling rules of the city set out in the house rules book had us shaking our heads. We would definitely stay at this house again if we ever go to Nashville again. Thanks Kathleen. Five stars to you.

Great property near downtown Nashville!

My family and I stayed here during the weekend of my wedding. We all really enjoyed our stay and the home was a perfect space for us. We had 7 adults and 2 children and the home was very spacious for all of us. The owner of the property was always quick to respond to messages and was very helpful from the beginning of the booking process. Definitely would recommend staying here for your next vacation to Nashville!

Great house!

We loved our stay, East Nashville has some catching up to do, but it’s on its way. Home was beautiful, very clean and perfectly fit what we needed. Great layout. Oven did smoke when we tried to us it, nothing was in it, so we just shut it off and decided not to use it.

Great property!

My first VRBO experience has set the bar VERY high. This property is amazing. Decor is perfect, comfortable yet sophisticated, everything one could possibly need for a great vacation. The location was good - a short 5-7 minto drive from downtown entertainment.

40th Birthday Nash Bash

The house is simply AMAZING, a perfect place to celebrate a milestone! What an awesome location, just a short uber ride to downtown. By far this was the BEST Vrbo I've ever stayed at and I HIGHLY recommend this gem! The owner (Kathleen) was extremely accommodating and helpful with anything we needed. She gave us wonderful suggestions (where to eat & places we should see) since this was all of our first times to Nashville. If I could rate my stay with more than 5 stars I would!!!

Beautifully appointed 4BR in East Nash

What a lovely property! It was beautifully appointed, with furnishings, decor & architectural detail. The house was well stocked with essentials, including coffee, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, dish soap and paper products. Ample dishes & top of the line appliances made cooking meals at home simple. We had 10 guests, and never did we feel overcrowded. There was room for the teenagers to hang out & play video games (BYO X-Box), while the adults played cards, hung out on the 10' kitchen island or watched TV. Neighborhood is changing, but never did we feel unsafe inside (or even outside during morning exercise). We couldn't have been more pleased with our choice of property, and will consider this our 1st choice when we return next year.

Awesome rental

My wife and I booked this rental with a couple of our close friends, and we couldn’t have asked for much better. The place was very clean and just as advertised. Kathleen was very responsive and there was never any confusion in the booking process. The location was great as well as it was only a 5 minute Uber ride into the downtown. I would definitely stay here again on my next return to Nashville.

Adorable Joanna Gaines Modern Farmhouse!

We visited Nashville May 10-13th to celebrate my mom's 60th birthday! It was a girls trip and this house was perfect! We had 8 people, all which got a bed and there was room to spare on the pull out couch upstairs and the couches in the living room downstairs. Initially, I was skeptical because there is a risk reserving a brand new VRBO with no reviews, however this home exceeded our expectations! The front (not shown in the pictures) is gorgeous, with huge flowers and totally has that southern vibe! The back porch is screened in, has solar powered lights with new outdoor furniture that we used every night! There are two full bathrooms on the main floor and one upstairs which made it easy to get ready to go see the town! Kathleen was also super responsive & great to work with! She helped us get an early check in and late check out *free of charge might I add! I appreciated her being so accommodating to our travel schedule! The house is less than 10 mins downtown via Uber, the average was about $7-9. The neighborhood is definitely up and coming but we saw a lot of houses being improved and didn't have any problems. Overall, we had a wonderful stay with many girls commenting how they would come back again and stay at the same place! If you love a modern farmhouse this is the place for you! It was very Joanna Gaines esk, extremely clean and we loved our stay!
