New home with swimming pool overlooking premiere surf break in Nicaragua. New appliances, beds, custom furniture and well equipped, kitchens. 4 min walk to Nahualapa Bay in front with great beach, lagoon, restaurant/bars and surf breaks.
Main House: 2 beds with Queen and twin in each. Each with separate shower. All rooms have AC. Brand new kitchen with upgraded appliances and well stocked. Indoor living area upstairs has amazing ocean and jungle views from all angles. Extra sleeping on couches and air mattresses. Outdoor covered porches on both levels with fans. Great for enjoying sunsets and ocean views. Rates for main house only are $120 per night and $150 for Holidays.
Guest Casita: 1 queen and 1 pull out full bed/couch. Fully equipped kitchen and bar eating area. AC and indoor/outdoor fans and a comfortable deck area with hammock and bench seating. Casita price is $50 per night if rented alone, $40 per night if rented with main house. Holiday rates are $75 per night.
House is in a gated community with a caretaker and cleaning person.
