Classified 4 *, 205m2 on 2 levels, large living room (65m2) with its traditional fireplace for convivial evenings with family or friends by the fire, dining table 12 people, kitchen open to living room with bar table. Direct access from the kitchen to the covered terrace and the garden for outdoor meals facing the mountains.

2 master suites with private bathrooms and toilets, 3 bedrooms including 1 dormitory 4 beds way refuge, 2 independent bathrooms, play area / TV, ski room with dry gloves and dry shoes, laundry, 2 separate toilets. New high-end bedding.

Magnificent view of the Aravis range. South exposure for maximum sunshine. Exceptional natural environment, quiet. Light traffic road in cul de sac serving the chalet and leads to the ski lifts in winter. Ideal with children.

By car: 3mn lifts (2,7km) access and easy parking; 2 min from cross-country skiing and golf in summer (1.6km); 6 minutes from the center of the village (5km).

Picture perfect

Three generations of our family stayed at La Liardaz and we enjoyed ourselves immensely. The beautiful property is so spacious and clean and the hosts were very accommodating and welcoming. The highlight of the property are the views. Every day we took picture after picture - we couldn’t believe these views were real and wanted to share with our friends and family back home. La Liardaz is less than a 10 minute drive to Le Grand Bornand which has many great options of restaurants and for shopping. This has become a favorite vacation spot and we definitely plan to return!

Grand chalet pour famille nombreuse exceptionnel

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans ce magnifique chalet au cœur des aravis, un endroit très calme avec juste les cloches des vaches aux alentours. Parfaitement situé près du village du Grandbo. Geoffroy et Sylvie ont été des hôtes discrets mais présents en cas de soucis. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir. Tout était parfait 👍 il ne manquait rien, nous étions 13p avec enfants et bébé et avons eu tous notre intimité et n’avons manqué de rien. Encore merci pour ces vacances exceptionnelles !!!

Très beau chalet, très bien situé avec une superbe vue (les photos correspondent au chalet). Se trouve à 10min en voiture du centre ville du Grand Bornand. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Somptueux chalet dans un décor de rêve

Excellentes vacances dans ce chalet rénové magnifiquement. Il est parfaitement situé au calme face à la chaîne des Aravis à proximité des chemins de randonnée. Le village est à quelques minutes avec tout ce qu’il faut. Nous étions 13 personnes avec des ado, enfants et 1 bébé et tous ont été enchanté du séjour. Vive la montagne dans ces conditions de rêve ! Very nicely renovated, charming chalet. Perfectly situated for those who want easy access to the ski area while still being in a somewhat isolated mountain setting. A very helpful and gracious owner who made our stay a pleasant one.

Chalet très chaleureux

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce chalet rénové avec beaucoup de goût. La situation est idéale au départ des randonnées avec une route peu passante idéale pour les enfants. Nous avons pu les laisser jouer en sécurité dans le jardin. La cuisine est très bien équipée et permet d’accéder directement au jardin. Nous avons bien profité du barbecue et du beau temps ! Commerces à proximité au Grand Bornand facile d’accès. Tellement parfait que nous avons déjà réservé pour cet hiver !

Superbe location

Nous avons passé une semaine parfaite au chalet La Liardaz. La communication est très chaleureuse avec le propriétaire. La situation est idéale, au calme, avec une vue époustouflante sur la chaîne des Aravis. La rénovation est très réussie avec la chaleur du bois qui permet de se ressourcer après une bonne journée. La literie est excellente et la décoration en parfaite harmonie avec l’environnement. Cela en fait un lieu raffiné où on se sent vraiment bien. Une très belle adresse que nous recommandons sans réserve.

Génial !

Des vacances top en famille et le chalet y est pour beaucoup. Geoffroy est très arrangeant et réactif pour faciliter votre séjour. Les pièces de vie sont spacieuses et l’acces au jardin par la cuisine permet de profiter du barbecue. Nous avons pris tous nos repas (déjeuner et dîner !) dehors face à la chaîne des Aravis. Le rêve.., C’est la première fois que nous venions au Grand Bornand l’ete et toute la famille a adoré. De nombreuses activités sont organisés par la station pour tous les âges. Nous avons ainsi testé le vélo électrique et ça nous a permis de monter jusqu’au col des Aravis avec les enfants. Un grand moment.

Super séjour

Le chalet La Liardaz est intelligemment conçu et magnifiquement décoré pour se sentir bien dans chaque pièce. L’équipement est très complet, on ne manque de rien. Nous avons beaucoup aimé la situation avec cette vue magique sur la chaîne des Aravis et l’environnement préservé invitant au repos après une bonne journée de randonnée... Tout était parfait ! Séjour extraordinaire dans ce magnifique chalet, une vraie ambiance montagne. La vue sur la chaine des Aravis est grandiose. L'accès aux pistes de ski est très facile. En quelques minutes vous êtes sur le télésiège ! A l'intérieur, le chalet est super confortable. Tout est bien pensé dans les aménagements et l'équipement est haut de gamme, la décoration très soignée. Nous étions 3 familles et tout le monde avait de la place. Réunion familiale en été

Notre séjour a réuni plusieurs membres de notre famille de tous les ages et de différentes nationalités. Tous étaient très à l'aise dans ce chalet vaste et comfortable. Les chambres étaient cozy et chaleureuses. Toute la famille s'éclataient dans la cuisine parfaitement équipée et large pour préparer des répas avec les produits de la région qui accompagnaient des barbecues servis sur la terrasse avec sa table convivale. Le meilleur de mon séjour: prendre un petit café matinal sur le balcon aux premiers rayons de soleil avec la vue inoubliable des sommets de la chaine des Aravis! Un grand merci au propriétaire qui était exceptionellement gentil et fiable et merci aux personnes sur place qui étaient à notre disposition. Die Unterkunft hat uns für ein Familientreffen alles geboten, was man sich nur wünschen kann: Fantastisch gelegen mit einem tollen Panorama auf den Gebirgszug des Aravis, großzügig Platz für alle, gemütliche, ruhige Doppelzimmer, eine große Küche, um die tollen regionalen Produkte zuzubereiten. Und dazu noch ein sehr zuverlässiger und sehr freundlicher Vermieter und nette Leute vorort. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Merveilleux week-end

Superbe chalet chaleureusement rénové ! Nous avons passé un super week-end, le chalet est très bien équipé tant au niveau de la literie qu'en cuisine par exemple ! A 12 (deux chambres dont le dortoir au rdc et 3 à l'étage) on ne se marche pas du tout dessus. Il y a des locataires au niveau _1 mais cela ne gêne pas du tout. Grande allée pour garer les voitures (nous en avions 4) Nous reviendrons certainement. Petit point à préciser : il faut cependant une voiture pour aller au village ou aller skier.

Magnifique chalet

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable à la Liardaz en famille et entre amis. Il est préférable de prévoir des pneus neige car l'accès peut être difficile en automne/hiver. Beaucoup d'espace et super bien équipé. Rien de manque. Encore merci Geoffroy!

Wonderful!

Our group of 4 adults spent a week at La Liardaz in July 2017 and it was wonderful. The property is located in a beautiful setting with spectacular views. It is private and peaceful yet only a 10-minute drive to the village of Le Grand Bornand, and La Clusaz is just another 10 minutes down the road. As the pictures show, the renovation of the former barn is of very high quality. The property is very large and can easily accommodate a large family or group. The kitchen has absolutely everything. The great room with fireplace and walls of windows is beautiful. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch with coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. Everything about the property and our visit was exceptional. Geoffroy was very responsive throughout the rental process. We highly recommend this property. Note - in looking at the photograph of the front of the building, the rental portion of the building is on the second and third levels. The property is located on an incline, so as you enter from the driveway, you are on the second level. The second level contains the foyer/ski storage area; laundry; shower room; tv/play room; water closet; kitchen; dining room; great room; a full bedroom; and the "dormitory" bedroom for children. The other three bedrooms are located on the third level, along with two full bathrooms. Again, an outstanding property!

Un coin de paradis

Le chalet est à l'écart du village, mais les pistes de ski et les commerces sont très facilement accessibles. Le cadre magique vaut bien les 5 minutes de voiture ! L'environnement est enchanteur et quel bonheur de profiter le soir du calme et du confort. C'est un chalet où on se sent tout de suite bien avec de la literie haut de gamme, du beau linge de lit et du linge de toilette moelleux. Une adresse de charme que l'on aimerait garder pour soi...

Chalet magnifique

Le chalet la Liardaz est splendide, encore mieux que sur les photos. Nous sommes habitués à louer de belles rénovations, mais là nous avons été subjugués par la qualité du travail réalisé. Le chalet est parfaitement conçu avec des espaces pour tous si bien que parents et enfants cohabitent très bien. La situation est idéale avec une vue à couper le souffle sur la chaîne des Aravis et un accès très facile aux pistes de ski. Le propriétaire est gentil et arrangeant (mérci encore pour l'envoi du linge oublié !), la déco de très bon goût. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés avec la garantie de vacances mémorables.
