Access to gym, hot and cold pools is included. We offer spa robes and pool towels. These must be washed and put away if borrowed. Spa services are available at One wellness spa for additional charge.

Strict cleaning and sanitizing protocols are followed to provide and maintain a safe environment for our guests. We ask all our guests maintain diligent hygienic practices to keep the condo clean and sanitized for each other during your stay and for our cleaners when you when you depart. Requests for more than 4 guests will be considered on individual basis and charged at $100 per person per night. Parties and gatherings are not permitted. Bringing Pets or unauthorized guests will result in immediate eviction.

For transportation, it is best to have a car. Local transit information is available at roam transit website. Taxis are available as well as buses to the local ski hills. It is a 10-minute walk on a trail by the stream to Downtown Canmore.
Requests for early check-in and late check-out will be considered and if possible, are offered at $30 per hour. Please send a request 24-48h prior to check in.
Animals of any kind, including support or service animals are not allowed due to allergy reasons. Unregistered guests, extra persons, parties of any kind may result in eviction. We have created some common courtesy rules to maintain a pristine environment in our home for our guests.
1. Bring extra socks to wear indoors. Shoes are not to be worn inside the home.
2. DO NOT SMOKE, vape, burn incense or use drugs on premises.
3. Do not bring unregistered guests into the unit. There is a $100 fee per night per guest over 4.
4. The Resort requests quiet after 10 pm.
5. Please respect the white linen and the white rugs.
6. You may adjust the thermostats in the kitchen and the master bedroom if needed.
7. 2 Bluetooth speakers and alarm clocks are available for your use.
8. Smart TVs in all rooms. You may download your app of choice and log in using your credentials. Please observe care when attaching cables to the TVs. Leave TV remotes by the TVs
9. Remote control for the fireplaces will turn the fireplace on and off and adjust the amount of heat generated. Leave the remotes near their respective fireplaces.
10. There are games and books in the cupboards for your use. Please ensure that these are returned, in proper form, before your departure.
11. Pool towels are available for your use in the unit. Please bring them back, wash and dry them before departure.
12. Please clean the outdoor grill after use.
13. Please start a wash of towels at check out.
14. Please remove all garbage and bring recyclables to the garbage room located on the 4th floor past the elevators to your right.
15. Please clean and put away all dishes and pots before you leave. 16. Leave all remotes by the TVs. 17. Leave the park pass on the dining table. 18. Clean and return and baby items you may have borrowed. 19. Return Sofa bed to Sofa position. 20. Please notify us promptly if things are not to your satisfaction.
Excellent guest etiquette is expected. If you use something, please clean it and return it to its place. Guests are responsible for any damage to the property and will be billed accordingly.
