Spacious and light with three nicely apportioned bedrooms including an en-suite primary bedroom with walk-in closet. The Sea Oats is a lovely complex with easy parking and heated POOL and convenient to grocery stores and all conveniences. Near Ron Jons surf shop, and Sandbar and easy access to Cape Canaveral, Port Canaveral, Patrick AFB, and less than an hour to Orlando and Disney. Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer and equipment needed for cooking, beach fun, and comfortable living included. Two sleeper sofas easily convert to queen sized beds for a maximum occupancy of eight. Lots of closets including a large walk-in in the master for your belongings and a pack and play for any young children. Why a small hotel when you can have a large home for less with everything you need? Perfect for any contract employees at Cape Canaveral or Port Canaveral! Enjoy beach front living at its best.

Great location, Beautiful view. Great unit!

Our host did a great job of communicating with us. The unit is lacated in a great part of Cocoa beach. Close to stores and restaurants. Unit is nice and roomy and has very easy access to the beach. Unit is stocked with everything you need for a family get away. Beaxh chairs, umbrella, towels and such.I highly recommend and will be going back with my family.

Very good beach condo. Spacious and bright. Has everything you need for a worry free vacation. Condo complex is well maintained. Pool always clean. Perfect location for stores, groceries, and attractions.

Fantastic oceanfront place

We stayed the month of June and it was a phenomenal place for our family of 4. The ocean view and oceanfront location were fantastic. The location is great as it is a quieter section of the beach even in June. We saw 5 rocket launches right from the beach or from the condo balcony. The thunder and lightning storms out on the ocean were a favorite as well. Molly was great at communicating and very helpful with any questions we had. We would definitely love to stay here again in a future visit to Cocoa Beach!

Out dated

Property was not ready for tenants. Spent first two days cleaning up the Condo. A/C Was not blowing cold air (filter system so dirty it couldn’t push air out). Ceiling fans broken, garbage disposal not working, black mold in master bath room and sewer smell always. Refrigerator leaked water on floor every day. Master bedroom mattress had no body to it and like sleeping on the floor because bed was very low. Window blinds did not shield out the sun. Opener telling someone coming to fix things so we sat at home waiting for them. Requested some of our money back but never heard them saying she would but always said how much her taxes are and condo fee and insurance cost her. Good reason for not keeping the place clean. Last time she visited was years ago.

Oh the breeze and view...

This property was spacious enough for our family of four while we looked for a house to buy. It had great layout to let our infant get sleep without being disturbed. The condo was amazing and it had an excellent view of the ocean. We were able to see a couple rocket launches too which was really cool! The owner was so nice and easy to communicate with during our stay. We'll recommend this property to anyone looking to stay at Cocoa Beach!

Perfect location!

Sunrises every morning. All but private beach. Elevator. Fully equipped kitchen. Roomy and comfortable. Host very helpful and welcoming. Can’t go wrong at twice the price.

Great Escape

The location of this property is absolutely amazing. The unit is large, the views are breathtaking. The host, Molly, is very helpful and accommodating. She is a great communicator. Our month long getaway was relaxing and stress free. We will definitely return!

Beyond expectation

It was a wonderful experience. Everything went smoothly, with zero complications. The owner was great to work with and very helpful. The condo is directly facing the ocean, and the beach is only 300 ft away, which is hard to find even for beach towns like Cocoa Beach. The condo has everything we needed. The washer/dryer are a little outdated, but they are still working well. Internet bandwidth was pretty high, allowing multiple computers/smartphones to work/surf/stream online at the same time with no lag. We are already discussing going back to this property. The only problem: The condo is so good that it is very hard to book it again!

Fabulous stay, Great Owner

I stayed here while in Cocoa Beach for work. The condo was clean and quiet with a wonderful view of the ocean. Because I was staying for work, I had some flexibility needs and the owner, Molly, was wonderful. She was quick to respond and very helpful with anything I needed. Will stay again next time I am out here for work.

Great Oceanfront Location and a very nice upgraded condo

My girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Cocoa Beach and our two week stay in the condo. The owner Molly was readily available to answer any questions that we had and replied almost immediately to our inquiries. The location of the condo is fantastic. We enjoyed waking up and having coffee and breakfast on a balcony watching the surf. Then again on the balcony at night, sipping wine in the comfortable breeze. Bugs were never a problem due to the breeze. The view from the balcony is perfect. Also, we were fortunate to be able to see two rocket launches during our stay; one SpaceX carrying astronauts to the space station, and the other was a night launch carrying satellites. The night launch was absolutely amazing. We walked just outside of the condo on the beach and saw both. Perfect location for viewing. The condo is a 5 minute walk to a nice local bar/restaurant called the Sandbar that has good food and drinks. It is also walking distance to Ron Jon Surf shop where we rented a long board for our stay. We also brought our bikes and went on rides almost daily. The condo is a 10-15 minute walk or so to the pier. Again, just a really great location. Inside, it is upgraded. The flooring, bathrooms an kitchen are all very nice and had everything that we needed (cooking supplies, glasses, tableware, paper towels, hand towels, and all of the basics). Just as well stocked as my own kitchen actually. The ice maker didn't work, but not a big deal. We bought some ice trays to make our own; problem solved. Also, I want to mention that I worked remotely from the condo Monday-Friday during our stay and never had an issue with the WiFi. The internet is reliable and has a great signal throughout the condo. In summary, the condo is very nice, well stocked, has a great ocean view and is in a perfect location. The master bed is also comfortable. The owner, Molly is always accessible and checked in via text multiple times to see if we needed anything. Overall, I'm super impressed and will be back. I highly recommend this location for anyone considering a stay in Cocoa Beach!
