Very beautiful chalet of 2017 in full nature: in 20m of a point of water, animals in pasture, frogs, of a campfire, hammocks in the trees ... The chalet has 3 bedrooms (1 double bed downstairs, 2 single beds upstairs bedroom, 1 double loft bed, possibility to add baby beds + extra mattresses), 1 bathroom, 1 living space kitchen-dining room- living room and 1 terrace on stilts. It is very well equipped: dishwasher, Wifi, TV, barbecue (campfire), cot-chair-baby stroller available for booking. Location located in a valley below the land owners with a friendly and available. Possibility to move on foot: Lake Reguiny, municipal pool, leisure center, bakeries-shops ...

Dieses freistehende Ferienholzhaus liegt der der Mitte der Bretagne zwischen Meer from Manche und Atlantik. Das Ferienhaus (78sqm) besteht aus drei Zimmern, ein Badezimmer, ein grosser Wohnraum und eine Terrace, das Ganze ist großzügig eingerichtet (wlan u. SatTV), zwei Doppelbetten, zwei Einzelbetten und komplett eingerichteter Küche für Selbstverpflegung, für kleinere Kinder stehen auf Anfrage Kinderbette und -stühle zu verfügung. Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen kleinen Tal voller Bäume und Tieren (Schafe, Ziegen, Frösche, Hasen usw). Man blickt sleeps direkt auf den Weier. Es sind nur wenige Minuten zu Fuss bis zur Ortsmitte oder zum Freibad und das über einen kleinen Wanderweg. Das Haus ist von einer Terrace in Sonnenlage umgeben. Das Haus liegt auf einem großen Anwesen, welches von Wiesen begrenzt wird. Vor der Terrasse und neber dem Weier gibt es ein Lagerfeuerplatz.

Excellent séjour

Un petit cocon en plein cœur de la nature. Le chalet est au calme, super propre et accueillant. Idéal pour des vacances en famille avec des enfants. On est en pleine nature mais néanmoins à proximité des commerces. Les propriétaires s'adaptent facileh arrivée

Châlet agréable à vivre, malgré la sécheresse, bien équipé et confortable. Les hôtes sont à votre écoute et réactif, pour toutes demandes. Subtil mélange entre havre de paix et bulle de déconnexion.

Hidden Gem

The chalet is comfortable and has everything you need. It's set in a lovely garden with hammocks hanging in the trees and a fire pit barbecue. There's a pond with friendly ducks and chirping frogs. Some little sheep even visit from time to time. The village has lots of amenities including banks, post office, supermarket, boulangerie, pharmacy, cafes, bars, launderette and supermarket. We enjoyed walking round the lake and visited the fascinating war museum. This part of Brittany is full of interesting places, beautiful scenery and historic villages. We visited the market and beach near Vannes (40 minute drive), hired a boat at Joselin, went horse riding at Les Korrigans and spent a day in beautiful Lizio. There's so much to do nearby. This was an amazing holiday and a perfect place to stay. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Un très bon week-end passé entre amies avec 2 enfants de 9 et 14 ans, l'endroit est propice à la déconnection, le plan d'eau est un vrai plus, bonjour moutons, bélier, poules et coqs, grenouilles...

Magnifique chalet dans un cadre idillyque et reposant

La location d'une beauté naturelle tout en bois respire le calme et le confort: très bien équipé, pièces spacieuses, tout est reuni pour passer une séjour agréable et reposant. Les extérieurs spacieux, beaux, agréables avec le feu de camp, ces chaises des repos, sa petite pièce d'eau sont paradisiaques. Entouré par les animaux des propriétaires. Cet endroit permet à la famille et/ou à des couples d'amis de passer une séjour totalement dépaysant. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et disponibles.

Beau chalet propre dans un cadre reposant et au calme. Pratique pour visiter des lieux (comme Josselin) ou pratiquer des activités sportives (canoë, accrobranche...). Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Merci.

Très bon séjour passé dans ce joli chalet au calme entouré des animaux. Coin calm idéal pour ce ressourcer en famille. Beaucoup de commodités à proximité. Nous recommandons ce chalet.

Court séjour mais l’endroit est magnifique même sous le pluie. Il manquerait juste un étendoir à linge. Sinon les hôtes sont accueillant et très gentils

séjour entre terre et mer

Joli chalet parfaitement aménagé dans le jardin des propriétaires :. L'emplacement choisi vous fera profiter de façon privilégiée de la plus belle partie du jardin : grands arbres, feu de camp, étang, mouton, chèvres, poules...sans aucun vis à vis, même sur la maison des propriétaires. Le petit portail au fond du jardin donne sur un chemin d'herbe très agréable pour découvrir cette petite ville résidentielle aux espaces verts incroyablement bien entretenus, y compris les beaux jardins des particuliers. Le tout rendant le lieu très agréable. La côte sauvage est à distance raisonnable pour des excursions mais la campagne ne manque pas non plus d'attraits...Les propriétaires sont très sympas, discrets mais restent disponibles, départ souple et, cerises sur le gâteau : draps, serviettes fournis et ménage compris! Un petit coin de paradis, au calme.

Week-end en pleine nature .

Très bon séjour,. Nous avons pu apprécier pleinement l’environnement de ce chalet en pleine nature en un week-end. Ce chalet est situé dans une clairière face à un point d’eau où vivent moutons ,chèvres poules ,chat, chien et grenouilles.....Amis de la nature vous êtes au paradis, Un brasero vous attend pour faire des barbecues et passer de bons moments au coin du feu. Concernant l’intérieur le chalet est plutôt prévu pour une famille avec deux enfants . L’étage n’est pas facilement accessible aux adultes car sous pente. Il manque également du rangement pour le linge pour un long séjour. Excellent souvenir de notre passage au chalet de l’Argoat.

Très reposant, calme et nature

Très bel endroit pour décompresser rapidement, vous voilà au bord d’un étang en compagnie des canards, bullant dans votre hamac dans un cadre apaisant. Chalet chaleureux, sentant bon le bois, tout confort, bien équipé. Très agréable à recommander +++
