This Condo is located on the ground floor of Royal Mansions in Cape Canaveral. Less then one mile to Port Canaveral and less then 2 to Cocoa Beach Pier.
Enjoy the day on the private beach in sunny Florida by just stepping out you door every morning.

This amazing updated one Bedroom condo sleeps 6 with a murphy in the living room and a pull out sofa in the bonus room. The bathroom has been updated with a beautiful walk-in shower and a sink was added in the bathroom to allow someone to be getting ready in the bathroom while someone can get ready for the beautiful sunny day in the vanity room which also contains a sink and a large vanity counter.
Full size kitchen with a sit up bar for 2 and a dinning room for 4.
A spacious patio to sit and enjoy the sounds of he waves while you enjoy coffee or your evening beverage.

Quiet & spacious

We found the condo as described. It was clean and had many items included to make our stay comfortable. Access directions were easy to follow. We had no problems getting into the complex, the condo, or getting around the grounds.The area was very quiet. It is completely a residential area, both inland and on the beach. The Cocoa Beach pier, with nearby restaurants and shopping, is about an hour’s walk down the beach.I should note that some of the keypads to access the walkways to and from the beach are getting worn, making it difficult to read the buttons. Otherwise, the complex and grounds we clean and in good working order.

Wendy was a great host, she was very responsive and even gave us a couple of dining recommendations…which were both amazing. The condo is very cozy and being right next to a private beach access was amazing! Five stars!

Perfect for my family of three. Our 17 year old son was able to rent a rod minutes away and just walk out to the beach to fish. Love how quiet a safe we felt.

Amazing!

Everything was just as advertised! My wife is super picky and she lives the coziness of the condo with its proximity to the beach. The host was easy to work with and responded promptly. We stayed here as a go between before leaving in a cruise and the port access was amazing as well! Great condo, great neighborhood, loved the place and we plan on staying there again!

The best condo on the beach

Me and my family had a great time. I stayed on a really comfortable bed. The beach was so close and we stayed out at night and watched the fireworks on the beach. The beach is very private and only a couple of people are there. We saw a sea turtle lay eggs and watched her leave.The beach was quiet and beatuful and really close to the condo. Had a great time it was a pleasent stay.

Quiet and Gated Community

My Husband and I spent 3 nights here over memorial weekend and it was a very nice stay! I was under the impression that the condo faced the beach but it does not. Which wasn't a huge deal but probably the only very minor thing I would have preferred to have is an ocean view from the property (first world problems 😂). Other than that there are no complaints at all! Phone service is very spotty, make sure you ask for the wifi password! I didn't think to ask when it wasn't listed in the info at check in but I know if I thought to ask, it would be promply given to me as Wendy was very communicative and easy to get a hold of! She even was able to get us an early check in which was very much appreciated! The beach was beautiful and just a short walk away from the condo, not too busy especially on Thursday and Friday! We also felt very safe being that it is a gated community! We would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Nice ground floor condo

First, communication with the owner was fantastic. Not that I needed anything as the instructions were easy and I arrived like an owner. Nice. The condo is tight, but well laid out. The area is perfect for a quiet, yet active vacation. Cocoa beach is close for action and I came back to a quiet condo area. The more permanent residents are very nice. The area is great for photographers. There are cruise ships, rocket launches, and down the road a park facing the bay (they call it a river). We used the Murphy bed and it worked great. Super happy I found this place. It is an ideal beach house for a few days (perhaps longer!).

Wonderful Christmas Break

My sister, teenage daughter and myself drove down from Massachusetts for an over needed vacation. We arrived to the listing exactly as it was described. The condo is steps from the beautiful beach. Pool was warm even on a 60 degree day. We saw two space shuttle launches. We had an amazing time!

Wendy Collins. I am in my 40s and love the beach life. I have been traveling to Cape Canaveral for the last few years visiting family and fell in love with the area. Since owning the condo I have loved the area so much I left PA and I moved to Cape Canaveral and still use the condo to visit the beach whenever I do not have renters.

Why they chose this property

I decided that my daughters and I would love this as a family vacation home. I decided to open it up to rental when we are not there to supplement the cost of our vacations allowing us to use our own condo more.

What makes this property unique

I believe the location being right on the beach makes my vacation home one of the most desirable places to visit. If you decided to visit and you love the quiet beach life you will definitely find it be unique.
