I am delighted to share my exceptional experience from my recent stay in this 3-bedroom apartment nestled in the heart of magnificent Cannes.
Occupying a prime location, the apartment undeniably made the stay more enjoyable. Accessibility to local amenities was effortless with a plethora of shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions only a short stroll away. Its proximity to scenic beaches was a massive advantage, enabling us to spontaneously enjoy the Mediterranean coastline without any logistical hassle.
The property itself was outfitted with all necessary modern amenities, making our stay comfortable and convenient. In particular, the Wi-Fi connectivity was top-tier, delivering uninterrupted and high-speed browsing which met – and surpassed – all our digital needs during our stay. This was remarkably helpful, whether for leisure usage or addressing mandatory work communications.
The apartment was clean, stylish, and spacious, providing a homely and relaxing environment to return to after a day of exploring Cannes. The three bedrooms were all comfortable and well-maintained, which further enhanced our experiences.

The flat was terrific...clean, spacious, well equipped with everything you might need! Kitchen was uncluttered and modern with new appliances. The Outdoor space was lovely as well!
The location could not have been better....centrally located...minutes walk to the beach, shopping, and markets.
Jean Claud, Chantal and Jacques could not have been more helpful, responsive and professional.
Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer!!!! The Best!!!

Disliked: Location
Dicht bij shopping en strand. Moet op openbare parking staan, geen plaats om in en uit te laden.
Geen lift, moet je bagage en boodschappen een hoge trap op sjouwen. Terras kijkt uit op oude gevels en ramen, niet geschikt om er ontspannen op te vertoeven, was ook vuil en zeer benauwd, daardoor verplicht om buiten de deur te verblijven. Prijs/kwaliteit niet in verhouding..
We stayed in this apartment recently and had a great experience. Hospitable owner was very professional and made our stay pleasant. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Will stay there again. We would definitely recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Cannes.

Excellent!
We stayed in this apartment in July. There were five of us: three adults and two children. It was perfect! The apartment was very clean, there were enough wardrobes, kitchen utensils, towels etc. Everything is new and works great. The apartment is very conveniently located. There are bakery and butcher’s shop right downstairs, pharmacy and supermarket are across the Gambetta square where you can buy fruit and vegetables every morning. And it takes only 5 min to get to the beaches by foot. You will not need a car if you plan to stay in Cannes only - everything is walking distance. I definitely recommend this apartment. Thank you Jean Claude for being such a wonderful host.

Wonderful apartment and location
We (4 adults, 2 babies) have spent a wonderful week in this apartment, which we’ve found spotless clean at our arrival. Communication with the owners was very pleasant and check-in procedures were easy thanks to a very efficient property manager.
Furniture and equipment seems brand new and the kitchen was fitted with all the basic cleaning products and condiments.
The layout is quite smart and the 3 bedrooms are placed at a good distance from each other for the sake of privacy. Also, despite being very close to the Cannes Railway station and Place Gambetta, the apartment is totally soundproof and nights are extremely quiet. The terrace is quite nice, but we couldn’t really enjoy it due to the low temperture in the evening hours.
Location: super convenient, one block from Rue d’Antibes, two blocks from the Croisette and a couple of minutes walk from the Railway Station.
Groceries: a boulangerie is literally next door, a small Monoprix Supermarket just across the square and plenty of other eateries in the area. The big Monoprix is at the end of Rue Hoche, about 500meters away.
Parking tip: on arrival, just go straight to the Parking Effia by the station, which is 1 minute walk from the apartment. From there you can easily take your luggage without the hassle of parking in place Gambetta.
Great rental overall, and thanks to the owners Chantal and Jean Claude for their final touch of hospitality. Hope to be back soon!

Nice & comfy apartment
We had a pleasent stay, the apartment is well equiped and the location is very central.
As we booked it with colleagues be aware there are French bed covers, not seperate ones.
