Recently completed major renovations with all new finishes!! This home is probably one of the nicest available in area by far! Home has all New High end Finishes, appliances, and furniture!! This home has 5 bedrooms, plus a game room with a pull out sofa, so actually could be used as a 6th bedroom. Game room is amazing with (2) 65" TV's, 12' shuffle board table, and pool table!! All new large screen tv's in all rooms in house, unique 4.5 bathrooms, all new beds, furniture, etc. Backyard is also amazing with large pool, large Jacuzzi, covered patio, fire pit, tons of seating, corn-hole game, BBQ, and much more!! This home is located within minutes from Old Town Scottsdale which has some of the best bars and restaurants in Scottsdale. Also close to great golf courses, casino, top golf, and Spring training games!

Awesome golf get-away

This was a covid-delayed golf trip with my Boston buddies. I drove don from Colorado. The house was great! We golfed, then just found ourselves hanging around the house, playing games, BBQ, hot-tubbing, soaking in the pool, watching Final-4 on the outside TV. Only went out a couple of times and a 8 Uber to Old Town can't be beat! My only criticism is that the fold-out couches don't make for comfortable beds (or couches). Would have preferred 8 total "real" beds, but we made it work. Plenty of room, and the surrounding area seemed very safe and well maintained. I would stay there again without hesitation. The host was very good too!

Great location

We stayed with 5 couples total and there was plenty of bedroom and bathroom space. The backyard was smaller than it looks but the pool and hot tub were very clean. Easy to take a Waymo or uber to old town.

Annual Girl's Trip

The property was perfect for 7 ladies. The house was clean and well stocked. From coffee filters, coffee, pods, shampoo, conditioner, soaps and all paper goods along with detergents and trash bags. We've never had a rental that was fully stocked, what a PLUS!! The owner was very attentive and responded to questions we had. The neighborhood was well maintained. The house was very well laid out with 5 bedrooms (3 ensuites) and 4.5 baths.

Wonderful home in Scottsdale

The home was very comfortable and had everything we wanted to do. There were lots of activities at the house from the pool table, shuffleboard, pool and hot tub. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. We loved having all the televisions as well.

Lovely home!

This home is proof not to judge a book by its cover!! When we drove up to the house we were so shocked and thought this could not be the home we were paying 700/ night for. But once inside… wow it was perfect for us!! Roomy, comfortable, great outside space and very convenient to everything we had planned. Had a great visit! My only recommendation would be to improve/ replace the curtains. They are awful

The house was just as described on line. It was great!! The location was close to almost everything we did. The longest drives we driving to the golf courses and those drives were only 15 minutes. Would definitely stay here again.

Better than advertised

The house was a blast. Tons of stuff to do in the property, very clean and organized and close to everything including multiple gyms. Only 10 mins from the airport and the owner is always on top of everything if needed.

Great house!

The first thing we look for in a house, it was pristine clean, and no bugs. Easily the best appointed house we've stayed in, especially the kitchen. It was the little touches like dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, etc., which made it so easy not having to shop for these items. Large pool towels, plenty of bath towels, and nice bathrooms made for a nicer stay. The beds were all comfortable, and had the most luxurious comforters and throws. The pool is beautiful, very clean, and had ample space to eat and enjoy the yard. One of the fun things was the game room with a pool table. The decor in the house is very well done, and with the huge kitchen and living area, was great for our adult family of 8. Communication was easy, organized, and effortless. We are a very particular group when traveling, this house lived up to the best standards. Thank you, and great job!!

Nice house and Great Value

The property has been updated and appointed nicely. Location was perfect for our group (close to golf, restaurants and the airport). Appreciated the fact that the owner was easy to communicate with. I would not hesitate to recommend the property to friends and family.

Getaway with Friends

We had a lovely 4 night stay with 3 other couples. The house was wonderful and had everything we needed. It was spacious enough, while still providing a home feel and lots of space to hang around together. It was also really nice having a bathroom off the pool and lots of seating options for everyone outside. We couldn't have asked for a better rental to relax & recharge in!

Bachelor party

Stayed for my brothers bachelor party. Pretty close to old town Scottsdale and the property was nice. Could not cool down the house to a more comfortable temperature (it wasn’t that hot) but overall it was a good stay and would stay again.

Girls Weekend

The house location was great. Very close to restaurants and bars. The house was spacious and we appreciated all the bathrooms for the 8 women that were staying. I would have loved to have pool umbrellas so we could enjoy the water under some shade. Overall, it was a great trip and the house was amazing.

Scottsdale Staycation

The house was very accomodating for 10 to 12 adults. There was so much to do! We used the pool each day. Gameroom was used. Love the 5 bed/5 bath setup. Beds were comfortable. Dave was also very quick to reply to my messages. Loved the stay!

Great weekend getaway

We had a great weekend, great location - close to old town. Everything we gps'd to do all weekend was 6 mins away. House was perfect for us, pool was warm, hot tub was hot! Well definitely be back.

Military reunion

We used this fantastic home to celebrate a 50 year military reunion of 7 of us that have managed to stay in contact. There were a total of 12 of us and we had plenty of space. Loved the game room where pool games and shuffle board competitions were in high gear. Outside we loved the hot tub and fireplace where we sat around talking and even sang. Guitar was much appreciated and the guys serenaded us! The outdoor table was perfect for meals or games! This house was the perfect location for touring local tourist attractions or just relaxing in the sun. Thank you Dave for this beautiful home and being so prompt in answering all my questions. Nice Scottsdale home

Came for a conference and were looking for a place that could host 14 of us. Two of the beds listed are actually pullout couches and one is in a game room which is a converted garage. The home is beautiful and very clean. It has q nice pool and jacuzzi. Very nice game room. Would definitely stay here again, but with no more than 10 people.
