We are a local couple with long family roots here in St. Helena since the early 1800's. We enjoy eating at all our amazing restaurants, fishing at our local lakes, supporting our local farmers and all that the valley has to offer.
We look forward to sharing our property with you and providing you with information that will make your stay the most comfortable. Due to the local restrictions we offer 30 night minimum rental.

Why they chose this property

We love this property because it sits on a double lot an extra large yard, rare for downtown. A tranquil setting amongst 30 olive trees on a 1/2 acre. We love the modern style, yet the added touch of an old stone room in the back that dates back 1873 which gives the property character. All of this and just 2.5 blocks to downtown St. Helena , easy walking or bike riding in this relaxed quiet neighborhood.

What makes this property unique

This property is very unique in that it is on a double sized lot, rare for downtown as well as being so close to Main Street in town. You feel as if you are far away from it all living amongst an olive tree grove, relaxing pool and large patio surrounded by tall neighboring trees, lots of sunshine. As well as bocce court, fig and lemon trees, rose and lavender bushes to admire all fenced in for your privacy. The house interior would be described as modern and simplistic comfort.
