Design apartment with large terrace, garden and private pool.

This apartment with private pool and garden, is located on the golf Rocca Lisa, 6 minutes from Jesus and 12 min from Ibiza.
Its area is 145 m2, with 100 m2 terrace and 200 m2 garden, is composed of 3 double bedrooms, two of which overlook the swimming pool, and a single room with shower, but no windows. It includes two outdoor lounges, and inside, a table has indoor dining and outdoor, a private pool of 3x6 meters located on the terrace, and a ping pong table in the garden. It offers a unique view of the golf, not overlooked, it is quiet and sunny, well equipped and in very good condition.
You will enjoy it for outdoor spaces, the view, the quiet, brightness and comfortable beds. My accommodation is perfect for couples and families (with children)
The whole apartment is available, including the laundry room with washer and dryer known.
The Roca Llisa golf course is the only golf course of Ibiza, it is located at 5 minutes drive from a small creek with a restaurant, it is extremely quiet and pleasant.
Parking is free and very easy in front of the entrance.

Quiet and Relaxing Location

Our group loved the location and how relaxing the area was during our stay. It was great to get away from the busy areas of Ibiza and relax. Excellent house with a great outdoor space and plenty of room for everyone. Very close to the city and all it had to offer as well. Highly recommend this location to anyone wanting a relaxing vacation in Ibiza.

Nice apartment but needs some renovations

The apartment is just as on the pictures, clean but a little used off. The place is very quiet and the host had some strick rules regarding the noise which were not expected. For example no music outside and not to sit outside after midnight because of the noise we may create. But apart of that everything was functioning as expected and we a nice vacation.

Les photos sont conformes à l’annonce , logement spacieux. Au calme avec belle vue sur le golf. Équipement intérieur et extérieur vétuste , ( vaisselle, salon de jardin. Sanitaire .. ). Durant notre séjour une odeur désagréable persister à l’extérieur .

Appartement fidèle à sa description, calme et avec une très belle vue sur le golf. Jérôme a toujours été réactif et arrangeant lorsque nous avions des questions de notre côté. parfait pour ce séjour sur Ibiza.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt zu viert in vollen Zügen genießen können. Das Objekt hat nicht zu viel versprochen. Selten, dass die Bilder und die Realität so übereinstimmen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Inhaber war super. Ein Auto ist schon zu empfehlen, wenn man das Umland erkunden oder abends in die Stadt fahren möchte, da die Taxisituation im Moment eher schlecht ist. Wir kommen jederzeit gern wieder und können das Objekt zu 100 Prozent weiterempfehlen. Wir vermissen schon jetzt den Pool ...
