I created this Bungalow to help all my guest to leave the worries of everyday life behind and relax , fish, swim, sleep ,workout . Includes a super comfortable queen bed, wonderful fresh white towels and robes, full kitchen, BBQ grill, private patio. Wifi , premium Television stations.. Access to an amazing gym a few blocks away. Truly one of the Best Places to Stay on your visit to Hot Springs...
This is part of a 3 unit property, you share parking area, sidewalks and Lakefront area. Every unit has its own patio. Bring your own beach towels , water shoes and life jackets if you want to use kayaks. if you forget I have two Life jackets that you can use an alcohol spray to disinfect. PLEASE TAKE THROW RUGS AND PLACE IN A MESH BAG. TRASH BAGS AND MESH BAGS ARE UNDER KITCHEN SINK. IF THERE ARE NOT ENOUGH MESH BAGS PLEASE USE TRASH BAGS.
I APPRECIATE YOU DOING THIS EXTRA STEP IT HELPS KEEP MY HOUSEKEEPING STAFF AND ALL GUEST SAFER THE LESS WE HANDLE USED FABRIC ITEMS. PLEASE TAKE TRASH TO THE WHEELIE BIN UPFRONT. YOU CAN PUT TRASH IN THE RECYCLE BLUE BIN TOO. NO NEED TO SEPARATE IT.

Fall get-away!!!

Terri was absolutely wonderful. The property is so calming and peaceful. We were able to get some much needed relaxation. Perfectly located near Central Ave., but situated where you feel like your in your own word. I would recommend the stay and will be back!

Great location

My only issue is that it is more of a studio apartment than a bungalow. Very, very small unit with a Murphy bed. It has lake access but no view of the lake. Terri was great to work with, but the unit was not what was described.

Relaxing Space on Lake Hamilton

Clean, restful decor, convenient location, with back yard Lake Hamilton access, and a lovely patio. The unit we stayed in was a studio with a Murphy bed. Host was gracious and helpful. Would absolutely stay again.

Cozy getaway

This place was perfect. It's nice and quiet. The view down by the lake is beautiful. We enjoyed our evening under the nice covered patio. The property manager was so nice and helpful. We can't wait to stay here again

Great fit for couple

The location was great, away from busy area but near any necessities you may need. The home owner was more than accommodating. The space was a great couples get away, very clean...there was even beer in fridge! 😁...I would stay again!

Wonderful stay on the lake!

I booked this weekend stay for my mom and her friend as a birthday gift and she was absolutely thrilled. She said that the rooms were so cute and cozy, everything was clean, and the location was perfect. Terri was an excellent host and provided plenty of detail for the stay. She was available for any information needed or questions we may have had. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone looking for a quaint getaway around the lake :)

Best view in town

Was a different property than the one booked, but was an enjoyable space and had a magnificent view. Also enjoyed the walk down to lake and back.

Relaxed Getaway!

Our short break away from the hustle & bustle of life was just excellent! The Beautiful Bungalow with great Amenities, location & beautiful scenery was a welcomed retreat. Terri made our stay very nice with passes to The Bathhouse in addition to assisting with any available needs during our stay.

Best Place to Relax!

We came down for the horse races and had a wonderful time. The covered patio was great. We sat out and drank coffee, watched the birds and enjoyed the view of the lake. It was quiet and peaceful and so close to everything. This place is going on our favorite's list.

I walked in the door of this older home , saw the view and knew this was the perfect place to create a retreat to share and teach.. Super convenient. I can walk to the movie theater , grocery store and restaurants. Minutes to Oaklawn and downtown.
