Appartement bien situé, dans résidence calme, mais avec des équipements bas de gamme et place de ...

Je ne recommande pas cet appartement, sauf si le propriétaire investi dans les équipements: pas de chambre parentale (lit superposé bas de gamme dans l'unique chambre, qui grince au moindre mouvement), matelas à ressort bas de gamme, ustensiles de cuisine bas de gamme (marmites qui accrochent tous les aliments), poussière à l'arrivée, absence d'un détecteur de fumé, clic-clac au salon cassé à l'arrivée, ampoules de la chambre qui clignote toute seule. Heureusement qu'Hendaye et alentours très agréables , on passe le temps dehors. Pour les couples, faut oublier intimité si appartement occupé à plusieurs, le lit fait trop de bruit.
