Located in a quiet neighborhood in Decatur GA. This property is very convenient and centrally located inside the perimeter (ITP) right off the major 285 Highway leading to the airport and around Atlanta. With less than a 30 minute-drive to most of Atlanta’s hot spots and restaurants in Midtown and Buckhead, and major attractions in Downtown where you can find the Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca Cola, CNN Center, Georgia World Congress Center, and the Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

• Fully Equipped Kitchen: Basic dishware/silverware/utensils, pots & pans, and kitchen appliances (microwave, kettle, standard electric coffee maker).
• Entertainment: 3 flat-screen HD Smart TV's (streaming accounts needed) with digital antennas, 1 DVD player, free Wi-Fi & high-speed internet.
• Convenience: Washer & dryer, iron, ironing board, and 1 hair dryer included.
• Limited Starter Supplies: Trash liners, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo & body wash, laundry pods, dryer sheets & disinfecting wipes.
• BBQ Gas Grill: Propane tank and BBQ tools provided for outdoor cooking.
• Included Utilities & Property Services: Power, Gas, Water, Sewer, Trash Service, High Speed Internet, Landscaping, Pest Control, Hot tub Service & Pool Service (if applicable).
~As preventative measure against parties and neighborhood complaints, and possible city fines, we have 1 outdoor security camera on the front exterior wall facing the driveway/front door, and 2 outdoor security cameras on the back exterior wall facing the entire backyard, pool and hot tub area. There’s 1 NoiseAware sensor inside, and 1 outside by the seating area.
~RATES: Higher rates and/or minimum stays apply on weekends, holidays, and during summer months.
~WEEKLY/MONTHYL DISCOUNTS: Discounted rates will be calculated automatically based on length of stay.
~POOL & HOT TUB ACCESS: The non-heated swimming pool is only open from the last weekend of April – last weekend of September, while the hot tub is available year-round.
~PETS can get authorized only for reservations of 30+ nights with explicit approval by Management in writing prior to arrival; a Pet Fee of $500/pet (NON-refundable), some verification (=current valid vaccination reports) and additional acceptance of our Pet Rules (see below) are required. Any evidence of unapproved pets will result in a charge against your full Damage Deposit.

*Please note – Absolutely NO KIND OF PARTIES, large gatherings, loud noisy groups are allowed at this property. Also, absolutely NO VISITORS or extra guests are allowed to stop by at the property for any period of time, unless previously approved and included in the total reservation guest count. All children and day visitors must be included in the guest count on the reservation request at the time of booking, or approved & added prior to the check-in date. The property “SLEEPS” 8 guests in beds, and the maximum occupancy per group/reservation is 10 individual people total max (including any visitors). There is an additional charge of $25/per person/per duration of your stay (= total nights on your reservation) over 8 people total.
Any violations of these most critical house rules will result in a penalty charge and immediate eviction of the property without refund. House rules are strictly enforced with the help of law enforcement due to county regulations. Quiet hours from 11pm to 7am must be respected and are enforced by noise sensors.
