The air-conditioned apartment of 30m² completely renovated in a contemporary style with great benefits is located on the 2nd floor without lift and consists of a kitchen living room with a 140cm sofa bed in the living room, a bathroom with large walk-in shower, separate toilet, bedroom with 2 bunk beds of 90cm.
Beautiful sunny terrace with breathtaking views of the sea and the beach.

Joli appartement au pied de la plage!
Apparemment très propre où il ne manque rien. Très fonctionnel. Son emplacement en bord de plage avec jolie vue sur la mer depuis la terrasse et sa proximité avec les commerces le rend vraiment agréable.

Superbe semaine fin juin. Emplacement ideal avec commerces ,location de vélo entre autre bien utile et restaurants d'un coté (50m) et de l'autre plage a 53 m..... Laisser son vehicule sur le parking privatif et balade a pied ou vélo, super agréable. Le clic clac en 140 cm est un peu juste peut etre. Je pèse 100kgs alors le régime s!impose pour notre prochain séjour. Sinon appart fonctionnel et super bien équipé et une interlocutrice au top pour des vacances sans soucis. Merci Nathalie et Thierry

Perfekte Lage, Frühstück in der Sonne mit Meerblick
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt mit 2 Erwachenen und einem 9 Jährigen sehr genossen. Das Apartment ist sauber und bietet alles, was man benötigt. Insbesondere die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Kaffeemaschine, Senseo, Toaster, Mikrowelle...es fehlt an nichts. Die Terasse bietet genug Platz zum Essen und Sonnen und der Strand ist direkt in Sichtweite. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Un appartement décoré avec beaucoup de goût, très propre et calme, du moins fin septembre ! Un accueil chaleureux de Nathalie que nous remercions pour sa gentillesse et sa réactivité lorsqu'on a besoin d'elle ! La plage du Meynal et son restaurant sur la plage sont à deux pas, les commerces aussi. Pour les amateurs, les terrains de pétanque et les cours de tennis sont aux pieds de la résidence. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Appartement très bien situé : vue sur la mer, plage à quelques pas, sans route à traverser et de nombreux petits commerces. Tout est accessible à pied. De plus, il est décoré avec beaucoup de goût ! Très bonne communication avec Nathalie.
