It is located 600 m from the beach and the shops, in a quiet residential area.
It is modern and completely renovated
It has a beautiful swimming pool (10x4), wifi and air conditioning in all rooms.
- On the ground floor: entrance, 2 bedrooms, (1 with a 160 cm bed the other with 2 90 cm beds) a bathroom with wc and other a room with wc and sink.
Large living room with kitchen open to living room and dining room which opens onto the terrace with lounge
A patio by the pool with summer dining

Possibility to park a car inside the garden
The villa of 100 m 2 on a plot of 380 m 2 has a covered and shaded terrace with its barbecue
At the edge of the swimming pool, an arbor allows you to take your meals away from the sun.
Facilities: oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, induction hob, washing machine, garden furniture, indoor and outdoor dining room, sun loungers, satellite TNT TV, reversible air conditioning, internet.
A deposit of 1000 euros to be paid by check on arrival is required
it is not cashed and returned on departure
it is intended to guarantee damage.
Cleaning fees of 40 are required if the tenant wishes otherwise the house must be returned in the original state.

Das Haus ist einfach Spitze! Gerade der Außenbereich ist einfach unfassbar schön und gepflegt! Man betritt das Grundstück und denkt einfach „Wow“. Vielen Dank an Elisabeth für einfache Buchung und die schnellen Antworten auf unsere Fragen und danke auch an Veronique für die gute Betreuung vor Ort. Die Vermieter sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Die Kommunikation suf den Punkt und sehr freundlich. Das Ferienhaus sehr gepflegt, im Garten konnte man den Urlaub so richtig genießen. Die Hausverwalter pünktlich und sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub.

We had a wonderful stay here. Lassalle and Elisabeth were the perfect hosts, with great communication prior to arrival, they met us and walked us through the house when we arrived and were there to turn over the keys and bid us farewell. The house is comfortable, quiet, and had everything we needed for our stay. The area is replete with touring and dining options, to either stay close and enjoy the beach or embark on multiple day trips to the many things to see in the area. Highly recommended.

Une merveilleuse villa pour passer de belles vacances. Au calme mais à 2 pas des animations d'Empuriabrava. Tout est parfaitement conforme aux photos, une très belle maison bien entretenue et équipée . L'extérieur est particulièrement agréable pour profiter du climat local avec une belle piscine sécurisée. Très bons contact avec les propriétaires. En un mot "parfait"... Nous espérons pouvoir revenir rapidement.

Ein wunderschönes, sauberes Ferienhaus. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Besonders das separate Schlafzimmer im Turm ist ideal, wenn man mit zwei Pärchen anreist. Der Pool ist groß und sauber und wird wöchentlich gereinigt. Frau Lasalle war stets erreichbar für etwaige Fragen. Die Abwicklung war perfekt.

Our stay here was absolutely top notch! We were kindly welcomed. The house was very clean and equipped with all the amenities needed to have a pleasant stay. It has a very nice, cozy garden with a swimming pool to give you even more holiday feeling. Inside it is modern and very nicely decorated! In short it was an unforgettable vacation!
