Gorgeous home with lots of space. Beautifully landscaped back yard.

Lovely and comfortable 2 bedroom 2 bath home with third bedroom located in the office. Lots of mature landscaping. Great backyard for relaxing and BBQ. Hot tub right outside the Master Bedroom for that romantic star gazing moment. Located near many great attractions such as, Whiskey Row 7 miles away, Grand Canyon 2 hrs. away. Many great hiking spots and vineyards in the area. This home is also loaded with Grapes. If you are looking to rent days that are blocked please message owner with request as this home is owner occupied when not rented. I have a tiny home located on the side of the house that has a completely separate entrance and separate from the main house. Please do not park in front of the gate located near the garage.

Excellent rental

A beautiful rental that we could tell has been given a lot of love and care. From the large front porch with a large tree and bushes that help with privacy to the backyard rose bushes, lavender and grapevines, it was the complete package for relaxing.

Worth Returning - A Home Away from Home

Wonderful Vacation

This home was beautiful and comfortable! We enjoyed our stay as did our senior dog, she loves sun bathing on the deck in the backyard! This home and location was above our expectations! We will be back in Arizona next year and plan on re booking this property! Thank you Donna!

Great Cozy Place to Stay

Nice Birthday stay in Prescott Valley

It was my wife’s 65th birthday and wanted to beat the heat in Phoenix and head to the Prescott area. House was nice and as advertised. We had our Frenchie pups and this house’s back yard was perfect for them. It was well appointed and well maintained for its age (90’s). It’s a10 mile drive to Prescott but there is a back road which avoids the main hi-way. We’ll definitely stay there again.

Very cozy home and backyard

Adorable spacious home with a very comfortable Master bedroom and Guest room. We thoroughly enjoyed the backyard, eating meals outside and playing with our dog on the grass in the cooler air. The kitchen is also very nice. The futon in the room off of the kitchen is not comfortable or big enough for 2 adults if you needed to use it that way. Also, we were shy on blankets but everything else was stocked well. The faucets in the kitchen and guest shower could use some maintenance. We enjoyed our time there and wish we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful home inside and out. Visiting our daughter and needed a place close to her home. Comfortable, close and big enough for a family dinner. Definitely would or will stay there again. Donna is a very caring host!

Everything you could want and more comes with this rental. Open living area with kitchen and dining room right there. Two conversation areas outside to relax, a fire pit and hot tub to relax in the evening.

Landscaped backyard so rare in AZ

Looks like the private backyard was created in mid-90's. Roses, lantana, butterfly bushes, lush lawn & grape arbors makes you think Eden in AZ. There is even an apple tree in one corner of the yard. Well designed fencing and mature plants encourages "desnudo" from mstr BR out to spa on to fire pit & grape arbors and over to shaded conversation deck. Forget about neighbors. Best parts are outdoors.

A few things

There were a few things that needed repaired like the kitchen sink handle. Lots of roaches at night on exterior of home. Should have home exterminated. Couldn’t enjoy the backyard at night because of the bugs

We enjoyed our stay and everything we needed was nearby

We were celebrating my birthday and our 30 year anniversary and we decided to book this home. We enjoyed our stay. Communication with the owner was great. Neighborhood was very nice and people in the neighborhood were friendly and waved to us and many restaurants nearby. There were a lot of television channel options which helped occupy our time when it was raining. There were a couple things that were not as advertised. We were not allowed to use the garage, nor the closet in the master bedroom. Doors were locked. We were asked to do the laundry but the laundry soap was empty. I had brought a few pods and was able to do the towels and sheets. Garbage can was full from prior guests so we had to collect our garbage in the yard which was challenging with our dog to keep her out of it. The kitchen faucet leaked and was hard to get the hot water.

My property is located in a quiet neighborhood. Great for walking dogs and very close to shopping. I have a casita on the East side of the home. It's completely separate from the rental unit with its own driveway. A family member lives there.
