When we first came out to Albir and Alicante province we in first sight loved the area. Albir area still has unspoilt Spanish Costa appeal as well as modern holiday destination services and activities and shops and restaurants.
Why they chose this property
We found that this is the place that full fill all criteria of holiday and leisure destination with easy access, beautiful and safe area, excellent holiday activities, best climate in Europe all year long, close to the Sea and mountains. When we saw this Villa we fell in love in first sight. The Villa has a special atmosphere of joy and happiness.
What makes this property unique
Best area of Albir, lovely villa providing many sunny terraces and gardens and swimming pool throughout the year with high quality interior and stunning views, privacy and tastefully furnished with modern appeal.
