Tahoe stay 4/29

My friends and I stayed at this very nice condo for our Spring Tahoe trip. The place was great - large table for games, nice soft beds, large flat screen TV and full kitchen. Definitely recommended for a Tahoe stay.

Tahoe High Quality Accommodation

Very professionally managed property with fine amenities. Excellent furnishings, pool, spa and ease of use and access. Very close to town and not far from larger cities. Many fine restaurants and stores available on this end of the lake from basic to high class.

Nice and comfortable place

We Stayed at this very nice condo for a couple of nights during Christmas. Great location and is very close to the lake and resorts. We had great time and kids loved making snowman in the backyard. we look forward to renting from you again -- a big thank you!!

Great Stay

My friends and I stayed here last weekend and had a wonderful time. The condo has lots of space, the main room is very comfortable and both full baths are really clean. We skied at both Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows which were only 10 minutes away. It's a 2 minute drive into town for groceries, dinner etc. It was a great condo and we can't wait to come back soon!

Great little place, clean & updated. Would stay again

Great place, perfect for us & our 2 kids. There was a little sliding hill within walking distance which made it even better. Place was very clean & updated.. Very cozy & only few minute drive to downtown. Only downfall that I gave it 4 stars is that the checkout time was 10am. Would've liked it to be 11 like most other places I have stayed.

Second time there and loved it

There was pretty big selection of properties available when we planned our weekend trip a couple of weeks back, but we decided to return to where we stayed last year because of the location and known quality. We were really surprised with the number of upgrades, small and large, the condo had in the last year. It's a great place to enjoy at any weather, and we like it a lot because of the location. We are looking forward to coming back again.

Great vacation

This is our first time staying in this area. We loved our stay, and one of the reasons we did, is because of this place. I also want to thank the owner for being very responsive and helpful when we had power outage. He was in touch with us pretty much all the time until we had the light back and sent his local man with the supplies we needed. Would definitely recommend this place to my friends and would come back again with my family.

Tahoe City Fall 2013

Really enjoyed staying at this location -- quiet and yet close to the quaint town of Tahoe City and of course the lake. Tahoe City has a wonderful walking/biking path all around the lake and it extends to very near this condo's property. Condo included all of the amenities we required. Highly recommended.

Recent Stay at Tahoe Condo

We recently visited the listed unit in Tahoe. Location was great and check in/check out were easy. The unit was clean and comfortable. We were a bit disappointed because the images of the unit show a fireplace and hot tub - both of which did not exist at all with connection to this unit.

Year 3 at Lake Forest Glen

Our group first stayed at Mick's property back in 2012. We loved the modern ammenities, Robust DVD Selection, and excellent Spa area that this Condo offered. The condo is in a great location for dining in Tahoe City, making turns in the Sierra's or Sauntering along Lake Tahoe- A short walk away. We look forward to staying at Lake Forest Glen next year, and we are praying for snow!

North Shore condo Mar 21-24 2010

My wife, three kids (6, 8, 10) and I really enjoyed the condo and all its amenities! We stayed there for 3 nights last winter (2010) in March for our ski trip to Diamond Peak. Great, central location for North Shore. Very clean, functional (incl. wireless internet) with all you would need for a cozy and enjoyable vacation. I would highly recommend this condo to friends and family.

Fantastic Tahoe Condo Rental

For the second year enjoyed a terrific family (of 5) ski vacation with great accomodations at the Lake Forest condo. Centrally located on Tahoe's north shore nearby options include Homewoood, Squaw, Alpine, Northstar and Diamondpeak. The condo is clean and well supplied with all the needed home amenities. Was also pleasantly surprised to find further upgrades to the unit which made the stay that much more enjoyable. Two thumbs way up!

Great long weekend in a warm, cozy and convenient condo!

I spent 2 nights in this unit last weekend with two of my friends, and we really enjoyed the trip. The condo was very comfortable - especially the beds and the couch, which is always important after a long day on the slopes. The unit was also very clean and ready for our arrival. My only comment is that I think the space is a bit small for a bigger group of adults. There are 2 bedrooms, and the 2nd room has a bunk bed with full size mattresses on both levels. The bed was comfortable and a fine size; but I think the room would be a little crowded for 4 adults. However, it would work well for a family!

Easy going owner, nice place, good location

Mick (the owner) was a pleasure to work with. He made everthing nice and easy. The place was neat, clean and very convienent to the downtown area and ski mountains. The hot tub was a really nice feature at about 50 yards away. The king bed in the master bed was alittle uncomfortable and really squeaky but not a huge issue. I was really looking forward to having a real wood fire but didnt realize only chem-logs could be burned due to the TV above the fire place. The positives of the place definitely out weight the negatives. I would absolutely reccommend to a group of skiers or small family.

Love Lake Tahoe

Checking into the condo was very easy and quick. The directions to the condo were very accurate and easy to follow. The location was extremely convenient for my friends and I. We were able to visit Emerald Bay, enjoy Tahoe City, or just relax by the fireplace. The condo is surrouded by beautiful trees and other scenery that Lake Tahoe has to offer, yet close enough to Tahoe city that we coud drive five minutes to the store if necessary. It was convenient to have a kitchen with stove, dishwasher, and all other kitchen ware that we might need. It was our home away from home! The condo is also equipped with WiFi connection, flatscreen TV, hottub and pool. The condo waswell decorated and the property was very neat and well-kept. You could tell that the owners take pride in their property. Our vacation was absolutely perfect and I hope to return to the same location soon.

Pleasant Stay, Well Situated

We stayed in the condo for three nights, and overall found it to be a good value. It's a close walk to Dollar Point and nice hiking trails. The kitchen is well stocked and appointed, beds relatively comfortable. The one flag is how close the condo is situated to others--something like four condos' decks all back up immediately adjacent (not noticeable from photos) and sounds travels easily into the master bedroom. Not great for light sleepers, but it's probably a minor complaint overall.

Quiet and clean

I was in my late twenties when I purchased this condo. I lived in the condo for about 1.5 years before I started traveling extensively for work. I work as an independent Software Architect, consultant and instructor for internet based enterprise applications.
I am also an avid Skydiver, BASE Jumper, Speed-Flyer, Paraglider, Mountain Biker, Skier and Snowboarder. I love my condo in Tahoe City because it is close to world-class hike/bike trails, world-class skiing/snowboarding, just to name a few reasons. There is always amazing things to do in Tahoe, which can include relaxing in the fresh mountain air.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this condo due to the close proximity to the North side of Lake Tahoe. We personally love the 5 minute walk to the lake, the 20 minute walk into Tahoe City. We can also bike from our condo, up to the high school for endless bike trails. Kings beach, state-line and incline village are a short drive, and most of the ski resorts are 5 to 10 minutes drive away.

What makes this property unique

The large deck is amazing for summer. You can drive up to the front door. No stairway or hallway to get into the condo. Easy access to Hwy 28, bike path and the lake. We regularly walk from our house to Tahoe city for coffee in the morning on the asphalt walking path. We regard our home highly, and strive to keep all the little things that anyone needs on their vacation, accessible, and available so you can relax.

We both travel for a living, and truly understand the importance of the 'little things' you need when you are on the road. We strive to ensure everything you need is already in place when you arrive. After all, we frequently vacation at our condo, and we expect everything to be 'set' so we can relax!
