Weekend Getaway

The property was great, lots of space for everyone. The only complaint we have is the amount of dog hair there was...everywhere, so much so that we had to get new bedding. Other than that it was a relatively clean place. Great for families, right on the lake.

Great Place

Had a long wknd getaway with two other families. Great location and house was perfect for privacy at night but brought everyone together during the day with open living and game rooms. Great lake view and right on the water. House was clean on the inside. Only negative was the pigeons have moved in around the outside porches and entry way leaving droppings and debris. 15 mins of hose work and I had everything rinsed off. Not a big deal to me but should probably get some bird abatement going before it gets worse and damages a beautiful house. I figured the vacancy during the last year had much to do with it so not a dwelling point. Overall a great stay and would go back. Thank you for the fun wknd.

Won’t come back

The house is beautiful and views are great, but the management company is awful. I read the previous review and when we checked in, I specifically asked if someone inspected the cleaning as to not run into the same problem. They confirmed yes. At 11 pm when we were ready to go to sleep we discover that the bed sheets were dirty, smelled used and not fresh, clearly not washed! Beyond bad. There were no other clean sheets to change the beds. I send them a text, letting them know. They offered to send maintenance with clean sheets. It was very late and we were tired. So, we slept with pajamas and socks on as to not touch the dirty sheets. The place needs maintenance, the windows were full of bird poop, the outside grill had not been cleaned in years, needless to say we did not use it, the kitchen faucet brocken, the kitchen door to the balcony not working, cold air coming in, we had to bring our own fire wood, take our own trash out, wash all our dishes, when I was charged a very high professional cleaning fee, and a high owners fee, not sure for what. Check out is at 10 am, never heard of such an early time. We requested a late check out, as we could see it was not booked after us, they agreed. We left at 11:30 am. We will not be back here again. I am sure that had the owners rented it themselves, and not used this management company, things would have been in much better order.

BEAUTIFUL HOUSE IN A SPECTACULAR LOCATION

The house was beautiful. Loved the open concept. Nice kitchen with everything you need. Large dining table for 10-12 people easily. We loved the game room downstairs. We had so much fun. Overall, the house was very clean. The only thing was one of the beds was most likely not changed because my daughter woke up with dog hair all over her... Otherwise everything else was clean. I can't say enough about the location. It was simply spectacular. It was just the 4 of us for this trip, but this house can easily accommodate 4 families. We are definitely coming back.

Perfect Lakefront Retreat

Perfect for families with children. Came up for holiday dinner and enjoyed the lake access and roomy accommodations. Everyone had their space and it made for a great getaway.

Great location, lakefront, walking distance to the lake. Staying close to the lake and walking out of the house to a beautiful backyard with a lake was what I wanted for my 4 year old. It is a great home, with amazing view to the lake, and very clean. It was snowing when we stayed there and the experience was great. If you want a clean home, beautiful view, and lakefront this is the house you want to stay.
