The kitchen is a chef's delight, equipped with stainless steel appliances and stocked with dishware and utensils. The kitchen island seating and a chic dining table provide an elegant setting for meals. There is a comfortable seating area with two sofas and access to the main floor balcony, which offers a relaxing atmosphere.

Ocean Breeze has five King bedrooms with cozy and inviting beach decor, storage space, and a television. Each bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with either a walk-in shower or a shower and tub combination. For the children in the group, there is a twin bedroom and a bunk room conveniently located next to each other. The twin room also has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Half bathrooms are located on the second and third floors. We've made sure to include a washer and dryer for your convenience.

60th Anniversary Celebration

This place was wonderful. It was clean and the hosts were very responsive. If the pool heater had been fixed before the day we had to leave, it would have been perfect. The entire family was thrilled with the close access to the beach and shopping. We would love to come back again.

Great house with plenty of room for 15. Pool and water slide were a huge hit! Close to shopping and food. Short walk to the beach. We did rent a golf cart. It was waiting when we got there!

Great place for vacation with family

I was pleasantly surprised how clean and beautiful this place is short two minute walk to a beach very clean very nice people around everything is short distance restaurants stores I was absolutely happy with this vacation here I wish I could stay one more week I'll be coming back that's for sure

Beautiful home just across the street from the beach which had awesome sunsets. There also is a wide walking path we used every morning. We were within walking distance to numerous restaurants. The booking was easy & if we had to contact them they were available 7 days a week. Definitely recommend this home.

Girl's Weekend in Anna Maria Island

Great house for a group of 11 ladies for our annual Girl's Weekend. The size of the house, number of bedrooms/bathrooms was perfect for getting ready, relaxing, etc. and no one felt cramped or crowded. The house itself is beautiful, very clean and equipped w/all of the amenities including a beautiful outdoor area w/a fun pool/slide. The only issue that we had with that was remembering to push the door alarm leading to the pool before entering or exiting as it was LOUD (though we understand that it is for safety/code required). Also, seemed to be a lot of mosquitos in the pool area so having bug spray or citronella candles handy is absolutely needed. The rooftop deck was awesome for coffee or sitting out and watching the stars at night. Overall, a 5-star experience and everyone was saying how much they loved it and were talking about coming back with their families!

Perfect for a Large Group

There were 8 adults and 3 kids staying at the house. We had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was very well stocked. The living room was just the right size for the adults at night. And the kids could have spent all day, every day in the pool and hot tub. The bonus was that the beach was a two minute walk!

Absolutely beautiful

This place was more beautiful than the pictures show. Great location to the beach, shops and dining. Top deck on the house had a great view for watching sunsets. This home was just perfect for our girls trip. I highly recommend this place.

Family Christmas trip

The house, pool, location was amazing. We had a family of 15 stay for a week. Anna Maria island was wonderful. Less than a block to the beach, short walk to stores, restaurants & bars. We couldn't have asked for more. We will be back!

Great house for large family

The location right across the street from the beach was ideal. House pool and slide was a lot of fun for kids. Roof top deck was perfect for viewing sunsets. AMI Locals were attentive to all needs and were quick to respond.

Good family vacation

We overall enjoyed our stay at the Ocean Breeze, house was well situated and within walking distance to the beach and village center. Kids really enjoyed the water slide and heated tub was great for adults. The house had enough space for 4 families and kitchen had what we needed. Our only complain was the construction on the street and communication around where to park cars and what to expect the week leading to our trip. It worked out at the end, I wish the information about construction was more transparent before we booked though and afterwards I would've expected better communication about parking situation. Overall we had a good time and will consider coming back.

Excellent family location

We had the greatest time--in the pool, at the beach, doing our talent show in the spacious living room, cooking huge and delicious meals, taking pics of our family on the roof with beautiful sunsets in the background. There were a couple minor things that needed fixing and AMI Locals and the owners were ove before we could blink. Definitely rent this place, but not too often because we want to be able to come back!

Very beautiful property in great location with great views

Property was very clean. It's a great location and easy walk to the beautiful beach and water. Easy walk to shopping and restaurant area. Pool area beautiful. Not a lot of sun in that area. Great house for around 10 people at most would say. Not a lot of room for a group in living room area but lots of room in kitchen and pool area for a group to sit around. The booking agency is very communicative and helpful. It really is a beautiful place to relax and have a get-together. Great location. Loved it.

Gorgeous property, fantastic location, some disappointments

We loved the home, the location and proximity to the beach. The house advertised both a pool table and ping pong table, neither of which was playable. We are a game family and the adults looked forward to playing. The ping tong table had a broken net, that was ripped and didn’t stay up and the pool table was on a slant, obviously not playable.

Great house for a family vacation

My family enjoyed our stay here while were visiting for a wedding. We had 10 adults and we all enjoyed our own bedroom with our own bathroom. The owner - AMI Resorts - had very good communication and were quick to respond to any questions I had. We did have a couple of email issues - I don't know if it was on my end or theirs. The house was very clean and we had a great time at the outdoor pool and hot tub. We also had a great time at the beach, which is literally a minute walk away. If I had one complaint it would be the beds. They were all pretty squeaky and probably in need of an upgrade. But it's not enough to make it less than 5 stars. It's the nicest VRBO we've ever stayed at.
