Only 1h30 from Paris and 30km from Orleans, you will enjoy the country air in this modern house on wooded grounds of 1500M2, which is located at the gates of the Loire castles:
Ideally located for visiting Sologne and the famous castles of Chambord, Cheverny, Orléans la royale, Beaugency (medieval city), the castle of Ferté-Saint Aubin as well as the medieval city of Meung-sur-loire.
For the more athletic, many activities are also offered, such as:
-Hiking or cycling (Loire bike route) from Tavers
-Fishing in the Loire at 1 km
-Tennis 2 km away
- Horse riding center 10 km away
Bed and bathroom linen included.
For babies, we have a high chair, a bathtub, a travel cot, a solid stroller, a cane stroller, toys, potty, toilet seat, scooter. For children, bed rail, cartoon DVD and toys.

A private swimming pool surrounded by an exotic wooden terrace has been added. The swimming pool is open from May 2019 until the end of October 2019.

Family trip

Good location, off street parking, good WiFi. Close to many big towns Blois, Tours and the many Chateaux. Very quiet and peaceful.

Amazing

Had an amazing time at the property, my little girl loved the house and settled immediately. We were made to feel welcome by Laila and she had thought of every little detail to make our stay stress free, thank you. The area around the house is great and chambord is beautiful, we also visited Beauval zoo which is only 45 minutes from the property, which is an amazing day out for adults and children (only zoo in France that has panda's) Overall was an amazing holiday which was helped by staying in a lovely property

Fine house and garden, quiet location

We enjoyed the nice house and especially the very quiet garden. The house is best suited for a family, 2 adults and 2 children. The second bedroom is not well suited for adults. There is de facto no internet, it is slow and with very low capacity, most of the time we could not even check our mail or get a weather forecast. The connection is much worse than a standard phone, so don't advertise an internet or get one that functions. To us it's a very important parameter in choosing a house.

Très agréable séjour à proximité de Chambord.

C’est la deuxième année de suite que nous retournons à Tavers. Nous étions en famille 2 adultes - 2 enfants de 10 et 12 ans. La maison est très agréable avec un terrain comprenant une piscine très appréciable par beau temps. Les gérants de la maison sont très chaleureux, disponibles et rendent le séjour d’autant plus appréciable. La maison est idéalement située pour profiter du calme de la campagne et pouvoir aller sur les différents sites des châteaux de la Loire. Nous recommandons particulièrement cette maison.

Vacances au calme et culturel.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La relation avec les propriétaires/gérants était excellente. L’environnement était parfait pour des vacances au calme. Le logement était également proche des châteaux de la Loire que nous voulions visiter. Nous en garderons un excellent souvenir.

Lieu agréable et tranquille

À la campagne, entre Orléans et Blois, à 4 km de Beaugency, la maison et ses caractéristiques sont décrites exactement dans l'offre. Nous avons passé à Tavers un séjour agréable et reposant. De plain-pied, la maison est récente, propre et très bien équipée. Beaucoup de choses à voir ou visiter dans la région.

A perfect escape

Erholsamer Urlaub in einem tollen Ferienhaus

Wir haben einen erholsamen Urlaub in diesem gut ausgestatteten und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus verbracht. Der Pool im großen Garten und die großzügige Terrasse rundeten das Erlebnis ab. Viele sehenswerte Schlösser (u.a. Cheverny und Blois) und nette Orte (Beaugency, Tours) waren in überschaubarer Zeit mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es in direkter Nähe, der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Auch das Wetter zeigte sich von seiner besten Seite. Wir können das Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Les propriétaires sont super gentils et très proactifs. Je recommande vivement cette adorable maison très bien située par rapport aux Châteaux de la Loire. Les villages aux alentours sont magnifiques, notamment Beaugency. Merci encore.

Rustige en comfortabele recente woning: aanrader!

Wij genoten een vlotte ontvangst en verwelkoming door Mme Elbakri. Ze leidt rond en toont alle apparatuur en benodigheden, ze springt ook eens binnen met eieren, melk,...indien ze deze beschikbaar heeft. Heel vriendelijk! De woning is recent gebouwd en beschikt over een mooi zwembad (met opstap trap, dus beveiligd voor jonge kinderen) en een leuke grote tuin. De lounge set is ook heerlijk. De slaapkamers (2) zijn ideaal voor een gezin met kinderen. Badkamer ok, met eerder traaglopende afvoer van douche. De keuken bevat alle moderne toestellen en gerief. Ook een meerwaarde is de hypermarché Leclerc dichtbij de woonst. Toch zit je heel rustig en weg van druk verkeer. Rust alom. Geniet van het verblijf, een ideale en rustige uitvalsbasis voor kasteelbezoeken in de Loire (Chambord, Cheverny, Beaugency, Villesavin,...)!

Séjour au calme

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. La maison est au milieu des champs et au calme. Idéal pour décompresser du stresse parisien. Nous étions en famille avec un nouveau né et la maison est très bien équipée pour accueillir bébé. (matériel de bonne qualité) Nous avons profitez de la magnifique terrasse et de son salon de jardin ainsi que de la piscine chauffée. La maison est neuve avec de belles prestations et très confortable. Autour, on peut faire de belles balades. Tavers, Beaugency, Orléans pour son parc floral de la source, les châteaux... Location donc à recommander. Et un grand merci à l'accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire disponible et à l'écoute.

A wonderful and beautiful property!!!

I spent a very wonderful time with my family at this beautiful property. Me , my husband and my 2 boys aged 11 years and 10 months old were all very entertained with the facilities .The property is spotless and well equiped for children of all ages( toys, dvds, baby bed, highchair etc...). We enjoyed the swimming pool , the lovely terrace , the big garden and the tennis table. Supermakets, stores and restaurants are few minutes away. We visited the beautiful city of Beaugency. The owner is very nice, friendly , very welcoming and we had some pleasant surprises from her including some fresh eggs brought to us straight out of the farm .She provided everything we needed . This is one holiday property we will visit again out of all properties we have been before on holidays . We highly recommend this holiday house. Thanks again to the owner for a special holiday!!!

superbe!

Nice house on the countryside with a nice warm swimmingpool. Lovely villages in the area. The house has everything you need. And Mrs Bakri is a very enthousiastic host, she makes you feel at home, right away! In Beaugency you have nice restaurants.

Lovely well equipped house

Mrs Bakri went above and beyond to help us and ensure we had everything we could want for our stay. We would love to return and highly recommend the house for families with small children- equipment such as a buggy, baby bath and high chair are all provided.

Génial !!!!!

Nous avons passer un excellent séjour. C est calme et reposant. Beaucoup d' atout dans cette somptueuse propriété. La maison est très bien équipé, nous avons ainsi pu profiter le soir pour se détendre de la balnéo. Mes enfants ont pu profiter des nombreux jeux qui sont fournis, elles ne sont pas ennuyées. On sent que la maison est neuve car tout est ranger avec soin et une merveilleuse décoration tant qu' intérieur et extérieur. Sans oublier le magnifique jardin avec la terrasse et la piscine. Aux alentours il y a la ville de beaugency avec une belle architecture. Très sympa pour les petites balades, des petites ruelles... Les commerces vraiment à 3 km vous avez le Leclerc. Je tiens également à souligner la gentillesse de la propriétaire, sa disponibilité, nous avons beaucoup apprécier. Vous ne serez pas déçus. Je recommande sans aucune hésitation.

Parfait !

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable à Tavers. La maison est neuve, confortable, bien équipée. Rien à redire … Sans compter la terrasse avec son salon de jardin, et la piscine … qui sont des atouts supplémentaires à cette location. Le quartier est très calme, et proche des commerces (5 mns en voiture). La propriétaire est à l’écoute, très disponible et rend de ce fait, sa maison, très conviviale. En résumé, 10/10 pour cette location … nous y retournerons !

Séjour très agréable

Réunis en famille pour un week-end prolongé pour découvrir Chambord et ses environs, nous avons apprécié la situation privilégiée de la villa « les Charlottines » à Tavers dans un quartier très calme mais surtout la gentillesse de sa propriétaire et sa disponibilité pour nous faciliter notre séjour. La maison, bien entretenue et équipée, est décorée avec goût. Les chambres sont confortables. Un petit regret toutefois en cette période de canicule, il manquait une piscine pour se rafraichir mais je crois que cela est chose faite aujourd’hui. Nous recommanderions sans hésitation cette villa à nos proches et nos amis.

Ideal pour les familles

Très bonne accueil, maison agréable, lumineuse, au calme. Equipement récent, tout confort, à proximité de nombreuse grande surface. Idéalement situé pour visiter la région et son vignoble. Nous avons passé des vacances agréable avec nos deux filles de 5 ans et 13 mois. Notre seul regret : la météo et ne pas avoir pu profiter autant que voulu de la terrasse.

What a lovely stay

My husband, myself and our baby daughter stayed at this house for four days. From our arrival we felt at home, with Mrs Bakri showing us around and showing us all the little details which made the holiday work so well. The property is in a great location, so close to the cycle route along the Loire which was why we went, to cycle. Everything was spotless, and Mrs Bakri had thought of everything, from comfy throws and baby wash, to a paddling pool and English dvds. A lovely modern property, with a lovely garden and we would definately love to go back. Thank you!
