Charming cottage between Deauville and Honfleur

Located equidistant (9 km) from Deauville, Honfleur and Pont l'Evêque, this original and charming cottage offers a rich and varied environment for your discovery.
In the heart of the village of Saint Gatien des Bois and opposite the church, this old village house dating from the 19th century will seduce you with its old tiles, its old staircase and half-timbering.
But think again, it does not only contain Norman curiosities!

This charming village house is on 3 levels, its area is 70m², it is designed to accommodate up to 8 people
(6 adults maximum).
It has a private enclosed garden with table, chairs, barbecue and deckchairs.
This cottage is non-smoking but ashtrays are available in the garden shed.
WI-FI is available free of charge within the gîte.
On the ground floor of the house you will find a living room with a 3-seater sofa (not convertible), 2 armchairs, a bench seat in the old fireplace. In this lounge you will also find a flat screen TV, as well as a cupboard in which games and leaflets from the region are available to you.
This room is adjoining the kitchen, an openwork half-timbered wall separates these two living spaces.
The kitchen is fitted and equipped with a fridge with freezer, an oven, a microwave, ceramic hobs, a traditional electric coffee maker, an electric kettle and a toaster.
You will reach the first floor by a wooden spiral staircase.
On the landing you will discover on your right the Empress room with its furniture including its real canopy bed in courbaril period (exotic wood from the Antilles) of 140x190cm.
On your left you will find the bathroom with wc, and the boudoir bedroom with its furniture and its romantic style bed of 140x190cm.
These two bedrooms each have a duvet, two pillows and a bolster.
On the second floor, the New World bedroom offers two 90x200cm beds, which can be pushed together to make a large double bed of 180x200cm. They also each have a 90x190cm drawer bed. This room is ideal for accommodating up to 4 children.
Household linen is not provided unless you take the household linen package for € 10 per person.
This room has 4 duvets and 4 pillows. A bathroom + wc is attached to it.
Each room in the house has been decorated with the aim of providing you with a welcoming and original atmosphere.
Summary of rental conditions:
* In winter: 4 € per night will be requested for heating, this must be paid directly to the owner.
* Cleaning option: at the end of the stay, cleaning must be done. If you do not want to do the cleaning yourself, you will have to pay 40 € cleaning fee to the owner.
