a lot of stairs, but that looks like everywhere in St. John's. We had a great stay and enjoyed having a home to return too. Kitchen was big and fully equipped.

Hugely disappointing!
The outside garbage bin, located right beside the entrance, was overflowing with garbage. The basement entrance to the parking garage had garbage strewn about on the floor. The concierge sent someone over to clean it up promptly to her credit. The underground garage will not hold any car larger than a mini. The turning radius to back into the unit is totally inadequate. There is a parking pass for street parking, but not many spaces, and surly neighbours, probably with cause, who have No Parking signs posted in their windows (not legal of course). The sheer curtains, which spill onto the floor, are dirty, especially in kitchen. The walkout from the kitchen to the deck is dirty and unattractive. The kitchen bar stools were out there rusting. The bed linens don't fit bed properly and are a synthetic material. Six remote control units for the TV, only one of which had any batteries and the one with batteries was dead. The wifi was good, thankfully. The location is in a transitional neighbourhood, still quite sketchy, and is not walking distance to anywhere. The unit is completely soulless and creepy, felt like a party house. We were very disappointed and felt for the money spent, we were ripped off.
Great unit, well laid out and furnished. Ana was a great host and addressed any of our needs quickly and efficiently. We selected this unit given the upper deck furniture that was shown on line, but unfortunately this furniture was missing. After contacting Ana, it was replaced in a couple of days but too late for us to enjoy the views of the harbour. Otherwise a very nice unit and we had a wonderful stay.
We spent several nights at this property during our NFLD trip and loved it. We were in town for the George St. Festival and to explore. There were a few small hiccups at the begining of our stay but the host, Ana, was lovely and very responsive. This was my first trip here (hubby's fam is from the rock) but it won't be our last and I'd definitely stay here again. It had everything we needed and was a great base for all our exploring. My only complaint (and it's minor) was that the king bed in the master bedroom wasn't the most stable.
P.s. the water pressure at this condo was amazing, the hotels we stayed at made me miss this condo for this very reason. Thanks again Ana, and we may meet again in the future.
