Amazing Ocean View Condo - Updated furnishings throughout!

Looking for a vacation spot where every time you come back, you experience the same high level of quality? At our Koastal View oceanfront condo, we personally renovated and equipped this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo to become ‘that’ vacation spot where you will want to book your next visit before you leave.

Koastal View is located on the 5th floor at Pelican Watch, Carolina Beach. It has everything you need for an amazing beach vacation! Pelican Watch features secured access after 9 PM, 2 elevators, a heated indoor pool & hot tub, seasonal outdoor pool, ocean front picnic area with charcoal grills, private sundeck, private beach walkway, outside shower and bike racks. Two parking passes are provided for the parking lot across the street. Guests can unload next to the front door, and luggage carts and two elevators are available to help you get your things up to the unit.

Enjoy fantastic views of the Atlantic Ocean at Koastal View, and wake up to the sound of the surf and watch the sunrise without even getting out of bed! We strive to make the condo a very comfortable 'home away from home'. We continue to make updates to our home to ensure our guests have a fantastic experience and vacation.

The large ocean front balcony is equipped with 4 pub height Amish-built chairs and pub table, which is perfect for morning coffee or cocktails at sunset. Watch the dolphins, pelicans, boats and surfers.

The ocean front Master features a comfortable King bed, flat screen TV and private bath with shower. The 2nd bedroom has an equally comfortable Queen bed and flat screen HD TV and shares a common bath with combination tub/shower. The ocean front Living Room features a Queen Sleeper Sofa, with a 50” flat screen TV.

The kitchen has stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher), and is also well equipped with cooking supplies. The wet bar area is perfect for making your favorite cocktails. A full size front load washer and dryer, blender, toaster, coffee makers (Keurig & drip), iron, ironing board, luggage racks, and hair dryers are available for your convenience. Board games, cards and many books are also available for your use.

Smoking and Pets are NOT permitted at this property. Outdoor pools are normally open Memorial Day to Labor Day (weather permitting). The front doors are locked after 9 PM. Therefore, you must arrive at the unit (on your first day) prior to 9 PM in order to gain access.

Amazing Condo and Location!

I can't say enough about how awesome this condo is and how much we enjoyed our three night stay! We were so impressed by how nice and updated everything in the condo is. From the kitchen to the bathrooms, to the living area furniture and tables, to the outside patio furniture! EVERYTHING! We also appreciated all of the little touches and things the owners thought about to make the stay even more comfortable (beds already made, pay it forward concept for refrigerator stuff, lots of supplies already there - from kitchen supplies to beach stuff - even a complimentary bottle of wine). We also loved the upgraded things like the remote controlled blinds and fans. Last but not least, my favorite place to be was on the patio in those awesome swivel chairs overlooking the great view of the ocean and the dunes. The owner was very communicative and responsive, as well, which was much appreciated! We will definitely be back! Thanks for a great stay!

Girls' Getaway

The condo was perfect for our girls' getaway. It was beautifully and comfortably decorated, and had everything that we needed for a relaxing stay. Access to the beach was easy; guest parking was convenient; and the building's location right at the "back way" to Wilmington was great for when we wanted to slip away for some shopping. The hosts gave us some excellent dining recommendations - Havana's, Lake Park Steak House, and Freddie's - and all three were fabulous. Highly recommend this condo and location!

Wonderful Beach "Home away from Home"

Very nice property in the heart of Carolina Beach. The owners strive in making your stay like being a Home away from Home and that really shows. There are extras everywhere. Forgot dish tabs for the washer, no problem, there are extra under the cabinet. Need a couple pool noodles, they are in the closet. There was even a complimentary bottle of wine. The view was also fantastic. Carolina Beach is loaded with fun things to do and tons of really good locally owned restaurant choices. If you have trouble picking a few out, no problem, the owners are extremely quick to respond, really friendly and will bend over backwards to offer a suggestion. All in all, a great place to spend with your family.

Great Family Vacation

Second year in a row that have stayed at this property, and once again it did not disappoint. I've stayed at a lot of rental homes over the years and must say I've not stayed in one so well-appointed. From the updated kitchen and all the utensils/cooking implements you will need to the awesome approach to paying it forward (i.e. there was toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent already stocked when we arrive - just made sure to leave behind our contribution upon departure), this place does not disappoint. Fantastic location. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back.

We had an amazing time! The condo was beautiful and so comfortable. The hosts went above and beyond with amenities. Check in was so convenient, too. The views from the balcony were gorgeous. We have dreamed of owning beachfront property for years. We fell in love with the location and the friendly people in both the complex and in Carolina Beach. The unit is spacious and the views are amazing.

Why they chose this property

Its a feeling you get everytime you come back to Carolina Beach. The local people are very nice, the restaurants are fun, and everything you need is so close.

What makes this property unique

We wanted to make this unit very comfortable and not have the traditional wicker/steel furniture you see in most condos. We wanted to provide nicer bedding and mattresses along with new clean appliances. We tried to 'think of everything' so you don't have to think about anything, but what you are going to do on next on your vacation.
