Top Urlaubswoche

Anfangs Oktober, bei herrlichen Wetterbedingungen, verbrachten wir (5-köpfige Familie) eine Woche auf dem "Balcon al Mar" in Javea. Eine tolle Urlaubswoche, auch dank der Wahl dieses schönen Ferienhauses. Gesamthaft sehr stimmig, sei es die Raumaufteilung, Einrichtung, Atmosphäre, Garten oder der Ausblick. Beschreibung ist zutreffend, es ist alles wie angezeigt. Unkompliziertes "self check-in", gleichzeitig haben sich die Vermieter aktiv erkundigt und wären bei Bedarf immer erreichbar gewesen. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Simply Wonderful

We had a fantastic time in this cosy chalet. All rooms were almost even more beautiful and comfortable than the pictures of the advertisement promised. Everything was clean and perfectly equipped, nothing was missing. 5 stars for this wonderful place!

Beautiful villa

This property has everything you need. It isn’t kit out for a baby but they did offer to source a cot for us. The inside and outdoor space is beautiful and quiet.

Tolle Finca, war alles für uns da was wir benötigen. Liebevoll und mit Liebe fürs Detail eingerichtet. Super Kontakt mit Francois, alle Fragen wurden super schnell beantwortet. Kommen gerne wieder. Tipp: vor Ort sollte man ein Auto haben, damit ist man schnell am Playa Arenal in Javea für den abendlichen Bummel an der Promenade oder den Besuch am tollen Sandstrand. Fahrzeit ca. 15min

Beautiful villa with valley and sea views

We had a very enjoyable stay in the Villa. Most outside areas have been newly renovated and provide lots of beautiful areas to sit in the sunshine or the shade. You can sit on the balcony and watch the sunrise over the sea. Location is great. You can walk to few restaurants close by with the main centre of Arenal Beach , the port or the old town of Javea within driving distance. There is a small bakery/supermarket a few 100 meters away. There is is also a slightly larger Wimark with everything you need close by ,but maybe slightly too far to walk with heavy items in the sun. Kitchen has everything you need, bedrooms are nice especially with the aircon on hot days. You probably wouldn’t be able to sit six people on the balcony comfortably all at one time but there are plenty of outside areas available. Gardens are beautiful especially BBQ area with quiet area and pergola with dining area. Great communication with Francoise.

Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay at the beautiful villa. The house was clean, it was very complete, everything you need (and more) is there. The view is amazing. In real it is even better than on the photo’s. Francoise the owner was very helpful and send some great tips!

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour dans cette très jolie villa, où tout est bien pensé et équipé, jusque dans les moindres détails, cette très belle piscine, et ce jardin très bien entretenu. La région est magnifique et nous a étonnés par ses très beaux paysages. Merci à Françoise pour son extrême gentillesse et sa disponibilité, très attentive au bien-être de ses locataires. Bref, un séjour parfait, qui nous donne envie de revenir !!

enoyable stay

villa was excellent. terrace a little small for five people very noisy neighbours on two sides but thats the luck of the draw.We liked that the kitchen had been left with ingredients to cook and clean- this saves a lot of time and expense overall we had a lovely time

Die Beschreibung des Hauses, entsprach in vollem Umfang den Angaben des Vermieters. Sehr schöne Lage, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns, als Familie, sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Sehr guter Kontakt zu dem Vermieter, er erkundigte sich regelmäßig ob alles in Ordnung ist.

Die Atmosphäre in dem Haus ist sehr schön. Besser als auf den Fotos. Es gibt viele unterschiedliche tolle Ecken im Haus und Garten. Umliegend viele tolle Strände. Es hat uns super gefallen

Beautiful property!!! Very comfortable, well and tastefully furnished inside & outside.

Our expectations were fully met. Great villa, good communication with owners. Several gorgeous Miradors (viewpoints) walking distance from the home and nice beaches where you can climb the rocks. 10 min drive from the Arenal. Would love to go back!
