This property is a 650 sq. foot cozy cottage on Ipswich Bay with unbeatable views facing west, making for beautiful sunsets over the bay. Perfect for a couple or small family, there is a queen bedroom, a single, and a full size pull out couch. There is a large deck overlooking the bay with a gas grill, an outdoor shower with amazing views, and a large yard guests are welcome to use. It is an easy 5 minute walk to a neighborhood beach nearby..
