Appartement remarquablement situé, à mi-chemin entre la plage et le marché. Parfait pour un programme estival tranquille. Appartement très fonctionnel, avec un accueil excellent. Pas d'hésitation!

Hübsches Stadt-Appartment mit viel Kultur und Stränden in der Nähe.

Wir haben unseren Familienurlaub in Royan an der französischen Atlantikküste sehr genossen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in der Nähe der Strandpromenande, so dass man die zahlreichen kulturellen Angebote im Sommer (Konzerte etc.) sehr leicht wahrnehmen kann. Bäcker und Metzger hat man direkt vor der Haustür und Supermärkte bzw. die wunderschöne Markthalle sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, so dass man sich sehr gut versorgen kann - zumal die Küche groß und gut ausgestattet ist. Die Strände in umittelbarer Nähe sind sehr schön - sehr empfehlenswert ist aber auch der große Naturstrand "Grande Cote" , ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto. Dieser ist nicht, wie die anderen, in kleinen Buchten gelegen, sondern ersteckt sich mehrere Kilometer entlang des Atlantik. Man kann in der Region auch tolle Ausflüge machen, z.B. nach La Rochelle, Bordeaux oder die Isle de L'Oreon. Für Architekturliebhaber bietet Royan schöne Art Deco und Jugendstil-Villen und interessante Bauten aus den 50er Jahren - z.B. die spektakuläre Beton-Kathedrale in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Wohnung. (Dort kann man auch prima kostenlos parken).

Sehr schön - trés confortable

Wir haben als Familie mit 2 Kindern das Appartement rund 2 Wochen bewohnt und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wer städtisches Flair mit der Nähe zum tollem Markt, vielen Geschäften und Cafés liebt, ist hier richtig. Gleichzeitig sind es gerade mal 3 Minuten bis zum flachen Strand. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet - u.a. mit Mikrowelle. Nous avons passé des bonnes vacances ici. Cet appartement est idéal si on veut combiner la plage avec les avantages de la ville.

Très bel appartement refait à neuf, propre, lumineux, spacieux et tout équipé

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à 4 . La localisation de l'appartement est idéale à 100m de la plage et de toutes commodités. Sébastien était accueillant et le logement est à recommander. Très bon rapport qualité-prix. Merci encore .
