This sweet little house is newly renovated and a quick walk to Oaklawn Racing and Casino. Its a couple of miles to bath house row. Its features 2 bedrooms, and one bath with a large sun room addition with a sleeping area. Its comfortable and cozy with central heat and air. There is parking for 2 cars one of which is covered. Nice quiet neighborhood. Hot Springs is home to many beautiful lakes and biking trails. Bring some water containers to take home some of the best water you will ever taste. Its free, you just have to have a container.

A lovely home

We loved our stay. It was about 10 minutes to the water and theme park. And 5 minutes or closer to Walmart and all fast food places. The house was homey and spacious and well taken care of. Very clean. It was easy to talk to the owner and she was super nice. We had kids from 5 to 18 and there was plenty of room for everyone. 2 of our kids had to use an air up mattresses. And there was ample amount of walking space around them. The house smelled clean and didn’t smell of smoke or animals. We are very happy with our stay.

Hot Springs House

The house and amenities were clean and functioning. Rooms are bigger than you think from the outside. Neighborhood is a bit sketchy, but quiet and we didn't have any problems.

Great Stay for the Price

Just needed some extra space for a family get together in Hot Springs. It’s close to the casino. The house looks a little rough on the outside but the inside is updated and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet.

Weekend Hot Springs adventure

Property is exactly as advertised. It's in an older quiet neighborhood literally 4 blocks down from the horse track. Kitchen is fully stocked to cook most any meals. Traveling with two teenagers that refuse to sleep in the same bed; it was imperative for us to have a place to where everyone had their own bed/ space. All the beds were comfortable with good quality linens. All linens were of good quality including towels. Check in & check out was seamless. Communication with host was good. Only drawback to this property for us seeing we were traveling with 2 teenagers; is that the property only had one bathroom. Wasn't the end of the world having only one bathroom, and next time we travel to Hot Springs if this property is available, we would definitely stay again.

The property is exactly as described, clean and comfortable. We really didn’t notice any neighbors as the whole stay was very quiet. We enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

2024 Derby

House was sufficient and location was great. Only reason for 4 stars was the mini blinds, especially in the sunroom bedroom. They need replaced, or curtains added. It is very bright in there in the early mornings, but a great place for a sunroom :) And the toilet paper roll hanger needs repaired. Those things aren't enough to ruin a trip by any means though. We are so sorry for the late checkout, it wasn't intentional.

Our stay was for two nights for a weekend of dance competition!! The area was nice, check in was a breeze, and the home was CLEAN!! Much better than staying in a hotel. We will be back!!

Getaway

When we arrived at the home, we found that it was very clean and better than the photos listed. We were pleasantly surprised with the space of the home and amenities available to us. The location was perfect as well. I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a lovely and close place to all the attractions.

Great stay

The house is on a quiet street. The beds were comfortable. If you plan to use the bed in the activity room, be sure to bring a blackout sleep mask, super bright. We didn't use it for that reason. House is clean and we enjoyed our stay. Cooked in the kitchen, very clean, big enough, and well stocked with pans. Will stay again!!
