Its large and wide terrace, protected and sunny, allows you to stroll and leisure at any time, in the lounge area, the dining area, or the barbecue.
The terrace opens onto a private garden with direct access to the semi-Olympic swimming pool, just renovated, with a view of the Mediterranean sea and the Lérins Islands.

This crossing apartment has all the necessary comfort on a daily basis:

The keys are handed over in person at check-in and check-out.

Good apartment with nice pool

The apartment is nice and kept to a good standard. Mathieu was easy and nice to deal with for check in and check out and comms were straight forward. The huge benefit of the property is the little garden access direct to the outdoor pool. Bathroom could do with a small update soon. Thank you!

Deux semaines magnifiques !

Excellent accueil reçu de Mathieu, tant à l’arrivée qu’à la sortie, extrême gentillesse, contact très facile durant le séjour et beaucoup de bienveillance. L’endroit est 100% conforme aux photos, très bien entretenu, petit + encore à tous les meubles « placards » qui facilitent le rangement! Excellente qualité du Wifi grâce à la fibre (devant travailler quelques heures chaque jour, c’était impeccable), et puis alors cette magnifique piscine de quelques 30 ou 35m sur 15m environ toujours entre 28 et 30°, au pied du petit jardin, très calme, propre… le paradis! Très bonne literie et matériel en parfait état. Bref, deux semaines de rêve après avoir traversé 9 mois de pluie belge… Nous envisageons sérieusement d’y revenir au plus vite !

Appartement conforme aux photos et descriptif, il ne manque qu’une machine à laver. Résidence très calme, à 10 minutes en voiture du centre de Juan les Pins. Très bon accueil de Mathieu.

Eine nette Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Antibes verbracht. Mathieu und Sylvie sind sehr gute Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation war stets schnell und sehr unkompliziert. Die Wohnung entspricht exakt der Beschreibung und das Swimmingpool ist riesig und sehr sauber. Der Strand liegt ca 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Es gibt viele tolle Ausflugsziele in Umgebung.

Sehr guter Aufenthalt

Wir wir im Oktober für eine Woche in diesem schönen Appartment. Die Vermieter waren immer zu erreichen und sehr nett. Das Apparment war sehr sauber und es gab wirklich alles was für einen schönen Aufenthalt benötigt wird. Die Beschreibung vom Objekt stimmt vollkommen überein. Calme, confort et grande piscine

Nous avons particulièrement aimé le calme de la résidence, la literie très confortable, l’aménagement de l’appartement, la belle terrasse et la grande piscine juste en face. Un petit bémol concernant la salle de bains. Une douche serait plus appropriée qu’une baignoire, surtout pour des personnes âgées.

Prettig en goed uitgerust vakantie appartement

Ontvangst was goed, vriendelijke gastheer. Goede uitleg over appartement en omgeving. Fijn zwembad met gras en schaduwplekken. Supermarkt in omgeving (wel iets steile weg terug omhoog). Al met al goede week gehad. Strand is te doen te voet maar houd rekening met een behoorlijke wandeling.

Très bon séjour

Après un excellent accueil et une visite détaillée de l'appartement, nous avons pu profiter d'une location très agréable. Tout était conforme à la description faite dans l'annonce, lieux et équipements divers. Le parking à été très apprécié compte tenu de l'environnement où le stationnement aurait été très difficile. La piscine à constitué un plus très agréable, même si nous avons dû subir une fermeture durant deux jours pour cause de risque sanitaire ... mais la santé passé avant tout !! Mathieu nous a très gentiment acceilli et s'est montré très réceptif à toute demande, mêmece dont nous le remercions. Cette location peut être recommandée sans hésitation.

Pas de piscine

Nous avions choisi un logement proche de la mer et avec une piscine. La mer n’est pas à 900 m du logement comme l’indiquait l’annonce mais à environ 2 km. En arrivant sur place la piscine etait en maintenance et donc inaccessible pour la durée entière de notre séjour. Nous n’avons obtenu aucun geste commercial de la part des propriétaires, cela est bien regrettable.

Très bel appartement dans une résidence fermée et sécurisée avec place de parking. Le logement est chaleureux et super bien équipé , petite terrasse très agréable avec vue sur la piscine et la mer . Je tiens également à préciser que l’appartement était d’une propreté irréprochable ! Sehr schöne, moderne Wohnung mit kleinem Garten!

Der Vermieter, Mathieu, war sehr freundlich. Wir wurden mit Getränken und einer Tüte Chips für die Kinder sehr nett empfangen. Man hat sich auf Anhieb mit ihm Verstanden. Meistens sprachen wir einen Mix aus Englisch und Französisch. Es war sehr witzig. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Den hauseigenen Gemeinschaftspool haben unsere Kinder täglich genutzt. Antibes ist eine sehr schöne Stadt. Von der Wohnung aus konnten wir bequem die Städte Nice, Monaco und St. Tropez erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen!

Sylvie et Mathieu sont des hôtes très chaleureux et discrets. Tout était prêt pour notre arrivée. Appartement conforme aux photos. Bel appartement très bien entretenu, d'une propreté remarquable, Sylvie et Mathieu ont pris en compte les critères de désinfection" compte tenu de la crise sanitaire. Mon amie et moi-même avons passé un agréable séjour au calme, nous avons pu profiter de la magnifique piscine semi olympique ! Belle terrasse avec petit jardin qui permet l'accès direct à la piscine ! Belle literie très confortable, parking privé, tout y est ! Je regrette juste une petite chose , un transat ! Mise à part cela il n'y a rien à redire et nous envisageons d'y revenir l'année prochaine entre amies. Nous remercions Sylvie et Mathieu pour leur gentillesse, leur écoute et disponibilité. Appartement fonctionnel, résidence soignée, accès piscine comme piscine privée, équipements complets, excellente adresse. Seul bémol (propriétaires malheureusement pas responsables) est le fait de ne pas pouvoir jouer avec une balle à la piscine, même si personne ne s'y trouve.

Antibes June 2019

We stayed with our two girls in this appartement for 10 days and we had a great stay! Easy acsess to the pool, with a little nice outdoorspace of you own. Closed safe enviroment for the kids. Easy acsess to supermarkets, big or small, beaches and Antibes. We had our own car with us and drove along the riviera during this time visiting friends amongst other things and we really appreciated the easy acsess to bigger roads. Cheers!
