Luna Sea is a well-appointed, breathtaking beachfront condo located mid-island on beautiful Fort Myers Beach. This 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms second floor unit has been remodeled in February 2025 and is the perfect place for your family’s next vacation. The master bedroom features a king size bed with built in closet, nightstands, and 55" - 4K Smart HDTV. The second bedroom has queen size bed, built in closet, nightstands, and 65" - 4K Smart HDTV. The gourmet kitchen has gorgeous granite counter tops, dishwasher, refrigerator, ice maker, stove/oven, air fryer, instant pot, Keurig duo (pod and carafe) coffeemaker, and microwave. The living room is tastefully decorated with a full-size leather sofa sleeper, 2 leather recliners, 70" - 4K Smart HDTV, coffee and end tables, lamps, fireplace insert for those chilly winter nights. Dining room table sits 4. The lanai accommodates a comfortable patio set overlooking dramatic views of the Gulf of America. Luna Sea is a smoke free zone. Sorry, no pets allowed. Must be at least 23 years old to book this unit. One vehicle per unit is allowed. Sorry, no trailers, boats, RV, or motor homes are allowed on the property.
Condo amenities include heated pool, gas grill, on-site laundry facilities, and beach chairs.
Luna Sea is located directly across from Publix Supermarket making it very convenient to get your groceries. In the same plaza as Publix you will find Snook Bight Marina and Junkanoo. Luna Sea is situated 2.4 miles (10 minutes by car) from Times Square where you can find live entertainment, shops, restaurants, bars, and much more. Fort Myers Beach offers many outdoor activities such as parasailing, jet skiing, bike rentals, golf course, charter fishing, boat rentals, and miniature golf.

Places to explore:
Fort Myers Beach is nature lover’s paradise. With over 400 varieties of seashells, you can spend hours strolling up and down the beach hunting for the perfect souvenir. If you really want to feel one with nature Lovers Key State Park made the 10 Most Romantic Places in Florida according to Coastal Living and Travelers Magazine and it is short 3.8 mile drive from Luna Sea. If seclusion is your thing, then Sanibel and Captiva Islands are short drive away (14.2 miles). If you like gators and birds, the The Bird Rookery Swamp is a great place to visit and only 33.3 miles away. Nature is not for everyone and if you prefer to get a little history during your vacation I recommend checking out the Edison Ford Museum in Fort Myers situated 16.5 miles from Luna Sea. For those who enjoy beer tasting, then make a pit stop at the Fort Myers Brewing Company, voted 2016 Best Large Brewery in Florida. Last but not least, if you enjoy college sports, don’t forget to check out home games at Florida Gulf Coast University only 20.2 miles away.

First time at Seaside Condos

The condo was very nice and everything was very clean except their was a blood stain on the master bed sheets. Other than that, everything was great and we plan to stay there again. The condo provided everything you might need from cooking, to beach towels. The location is perfect for families, and having the beach stuff to use made it that much easier with kids. And Publix right across the street was the best.

Last 2022 summer trip

This is the second time we have stayed at Luna at the Sea. We have thoroughly enjoyed both of our stays. Theirs condo is extremely well stocked. We have stayed at a lot of condos and this one has it all. We would stay here again. The view and short walk to the not so busy beach area is one of the many things we loved. The elevators were hit or miss and that was the only thing that wasn’t great.

Beautiful Beach Views

My family and I really enjoyed this property. The decor of the property really puts you into a beach vibe. The owner provided everything to enhance the beach experience; chairs, tent, toys, sunscreen, etc. Even though there are a lot of restaurants to choose from, the property is conveniently located directly across from a Publix supermarket, which made it very helpful when stocking up the kitchen for our stay.

204 Girls trip

Most needs were met. However hand soap at all sinks would be nice since we were flying. The drain in master bedroom drained very slow. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thanks!

Beautiful condo with a great view

The condo was fully stocked with dishes and appliances. It even had an air fryer! The host even provided beach gear. Publix is right next door which was super convenient. The condo is super comfortable. 10/10 recommend.

Sister’s Trip

My sister and I came with my 2 daughters to have a relaxing time in the florida sun before my oldest goes off to college in the fall. This condo exceeded our expectations. The view was beautiful, the location was great (we visited Publix several times), and the pool was refreshing and wonderful. We loved the peace and quiet on the lanai listening to the waves and enjoyed the chairs and umbrella in the beach. Thanks so much for making this a fabulous and enjoyable trip!

Great property & location!

We loved that this property was right on the beach. It's perfect for families, especially since the grocery store is right there. If you're looking for easy access to restaurants & nightlife then stay closer to Times Square. We had a rental car so we drove to dinner most nights.

Luna Sea = Perfect!

Excellent communication from owner, everything is exactly what you see in the pics and it’s a perfect location. Very nice and clean with incredible views and steps away from the beach. Publix grocery literally across the street maybe 150 yards. Absolutely love it and will return.

Everything we needed and then some

What an excellent location and view! We were mesmerized by being able to sit on the lanai and watch the waves, people on the beach and even dolphins if you were in the right place at the right time! The condo had everything we needed and then some. Plenty of beach toys but we didn't use them. The check-in was easy and the directions given were precise and accurate. All was updated and we felt very pampered. If you're heading to Fort Myers Beach, we highly recommend this VRBO!

I love this place. You are right on the beach. I’ve stayed at many places in Florida but this is the best. Sunsets are great. People are wonderful. Host was responsive to all our questions and needs.

Fantastic location, clean and comfortable

Condo was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with basics (which is always nice!) Had an issue with a drain and the owner sent a maintenance man out right away. Beach is clean and so very easy to access - no boardwalk or dunes. Chairs were plentiful on the grass strip before the sand. There were lots of beach chairs and such left behind by others in the parking garage that everyone used and returned. The entire property was well maintained. We saw dolphins several times a day. The publix was within walking distance across the street. I would highly recommend -- and would love to stay again!

Travel with 2 generations

We came to Fort Meyers Beach and stayed in 2 condos. One for my husband and I in our 50's,1 for my parents in their late 70's. We both had a great time! Our condon on the 2nd floor was spotless! Mom and Dads condo on the 4th floor had a sandy floor and sand in one of their beds sheets. When they went to change the sheets on on one of the beds the extra sheets did not fit. They had to wash the original sheets and put them back on the bed. Not sure if both condos have the same cleaning crew but the crew that did the condo on the 4th floor needed to step up their game.

Great spring break for families

Family Vacation

Great experience for our family! Room had all amenities we needed for visiting from out of state with small kids. Couldn't beat being right on the beach and grocery store right across the street. Not really within walking distance for small children to restaurants. Overall would stay again!

Location, Location, Location (great!)

Seaside is on a beautiful, quiet section of the beach. The pool is on the south side of the building, easily accessible from the beach. A grocery store is, literally, right across the street. No need to drive anywhere if that is your idea of a vacation (as it is mine). The rental unit itself was well furnished, clean, and comfy (loved the powered recliners). Check-in and other pertinent information provided by the host was accurate and concise. Highly recommend for an enjoyable vacation.

Nice space to rent. Lanai porch is great. Bathrooms are updated and clean. Very nice leather couches. Kitchen is great. Freezer door cannot fully open, so you can't store much in there. Front screen door is bent, and will not shut completely to lock if you want to let the sea breeze blow through with the main door open. Nest CO alarm failed in the master suite on our last day, and would not stop alarming, had to take thr batteries out to get it to shut up. Just minor issues in an overall great space.

Wonderful place to stay

This is a great place for adults who want a quiet vacation. You always have a lawn chair looking out on the ocean, the pool is nice, no spring breakers parting all night. We did rent bikes to get around traffic is awful to get to time square.

Excellent property

The location in Fort Myers Beach is perfect. Mid island so you're close enough to Times Square for access, but far enough away to escape the crowds. Also right across the street from Publix for groceries. The complex has a large pool close to the beach with lounge chairs right next to it. The condo is nicely furnished with dual recliners. Entire unit is updated with new appliances and tile showers. Great view of the sunsets from the screened balcony. The manager is great to work with and very accommodating. Already looking forward to returning in 2023.

Why they chose this property

Luna Sea is located at Seaside Resort in Fort Myers Beach. I have vacationed at Seaside Resort since I was 18 years old with my parents and later with my own family. When the opportunity came to own my own vacation property, I knew it had to be at Seaside Resort. The building is located mid island which means that is close enough to Times Square (it's about 2.5 miles) while being far away enough that you are not in the middle of chaos. The beach is only a few steps away from the building, especially during high tide. You can actually hear the waves with the doors and windows closed. The fact that the building is located literately across from the supermarket is a great plus. Cross over and get your supplies whenever you need. There are many condos in Fort Myers, but Luna Sea @ Seaside is a truly a special place. Also check out my new unit Sea La Vie 1665309.
