Luxury Downstairs 1200 sq. ft under roof fully furnished and fully screened apartment with private off street parking in secure gated community. 1200 gallon water tank and 12 KW electric generator. New washer and dryer upstairs in garage. Full kitchen.

Fine resort living in Panama’s finest resort development. For up to 3 adults. Cot available.

Overlooks the 8th hole on the golf course with whitewater views and sounds from creek below. Fruit trees and birds. 30 minute walk to town. 10 minute walk to Valle Escondido Resort facilities.
40 to 60 psi water pressure. 1250 gallon water storage tank. 32 gal Tank hot water.
Washer/dryer upstairs in garage. No water problems. Uncovered parking space for car or pickup.

Owner lives upstairs on premises. Additional $300 security deposit for small quiet dog, absolutely no cats.
Light Housekeeping once a week and gardener once a week included. Garbage pick up Tuesdays and Fridays from container outside of upstairs garage.

Boquete Visit

Excellent location to reach downtown and inside a nice, gated community with substantial single family homes. Basement unit of single family home but doesn’t have the feel as patio is elevated with great view. Cool breeze in the valley. A little challenging when we arrived at dark but we alerted owner in advance and we were met and escorted through the gate to reach unit.

Beautiful 1 Bedroom Apartment

This apartment is in a great location of Valle Escondido. It was absolutely lovely! The terrace is outstanding! Ive left a coathanger wrapped around the railing of the terrace to slide a banana in to feed the birds . We had many tropical birds every day! We also had a Coatimundi, and Agouti visit. The kitchen is fully equiped , excellent hot water, large closets with coathangers. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay again!

Wonderful 1-br accommodation

This is a beautiful one-bedroom property in Valle Escondido. Spacious, clean accommodations for one or two; well-appointed kitchen, plenty of closet space, marvelous bathroom and fantastic deck with a view. The host is generous, responsive to any questions, and, although some prior government work must be kept confidential, among the top 100 most-interesting-men in the world.

Valle Escondido - perfect stay blocks from downtown Boquete

Perfect place for two with everything you need including a fully equipped kitchen, large living/dining, bedroom and bath. AND a huge covered patio with incredible view of valley, golf course and rushing stream.

Beautiful Experience!

We loved our temporary Boquete home. It was the perfect size for the two of us and was very comfortable. The kitchen had most everything we required for our limited cooking. The area was great for exercise walking and it was an easy walk to a couple of restaurants in town. Jon, our host, was fantastic! He welcomed us upon our arrival and spent lots of time with us in order for us to be comfortable. He offered anything he had for our use (grill, walking stick). He had our condo cleaned mid week to our delight. We plan to join Jon again in his condo in the near future.

We always love staying at Valle Escondido and Jon's apartment was a perfect spot for my wife and I with our 2 yo daughter. Jon was a great host & communicated well - we loved every minute of our stay.

Paradise found

Tranquility at it's best. Lovely property in a quiet and serene location. Manager lives upstairs, but you wouldn't know it unless you need something. We loved it.

We stayed here for three weeks. The apartment is in an amazing housing development. Very secure and lovely. The host was attentive and responsive to our inquiries. We had everything we needed there and would stay there again. It was a wonderful place to stay.

This resort is paradise. This home is absolutely perfect. I have the best private woodworking shop in Panama. SMOKING allowed outside on patio under roof.

Rosa, my assistant speaks English and can translate concerns in spanish.

What makes this property unique

Fabulous weather and great Panamanian people. Full garage and perfect in size. I did not have to build this home, something that I am capable of.
