La Baule, a magnificent seaside resort, will charm you with its villas of the last century under the pines and its beach considered to be the most beautiful in Europe. Our 43 m2 apartment is located in a 4-hectare park, 300m walk from the seaside. In the residence you will enjoy the swimming pool heated to 26 ° and a siesta in the shade of old trees. On the apartment's terrace, on the 4th floor, not overlooked, you will enjoy the peace and the unobstructed view of the park at aperitif and meal times.

Near the TGV station of Pornichet: 15 'on foot and that of La Baule: 25'. a bus can drop you off at the foot of the residence.

Great Stay

Nice apartment on 4th Floor overlooking the pools. Large balcony. Underground parking. Easy walking distance of beach and restaurants. Couple of minor issues. Kitchen tap need fixing as it was loose and the kitchen unit light was hanging down. No big deal. A lovely time

Great apartment in lovely calm location

Lovely apartment. Lovely high views over the estate and swimming pool and sunsets at night. Understanding owner due to covid and potential last minute changes. Apartment well provided. Little things like salt n pepper, loo rolls, tea etc provided. Washing machine and dishwasher too. Would say the second balcony is not possible to walk through from the main one due to daft architect but would benefit from a seating area added to this as this gets the second lot of sun later in the evening and there’s plenty of space. Defo go again!

Excellente communication avec le propriétaire et son équipe, Mariane et Sandy, afin de préparer notre séjour. Nous avons apprécié cette semaine dans un appartement confortable, propre, bien exposé, au dernier étage et situé dans une résidence de standing, à deux pas de la plage et des commerces. Could have been better

If pool is not open then it should be clear on listing . Four adults should be given 4 proper large bath towels and not 2 large and 2 small ( equivalent to bath mat size). Bin disposals at basement but that is not clear . Light bulbs and broken fittings need replacing .

Tout était parfait une petite remarque quand même : le canapé est trop petit nous n'étions que 2 pas de problème, mais la location est prévue pour 4 Où s'assoient les 2 autres personnes ?sur des chaises ? Il y a un tirage au sort chaque soir pour savoir qui a le droit au canapé ? Il suffirait de supprimer la déserte qui ne sert à rien et de mettre un canapé d'angle. tout le monde aurait une place confortable. Mais je me répète pour deux personnes c'est une très bonne location.

Séjour été 2020

Appartement très agréable au calme aménagé avec goût et très bien équipé. Il bénéficie d'une belle terrasse plein Ouest sans vis a vis au 4ème étage. Dommage que la cime des arbres cache la belle vu du couché de soleil. La propriété a plusieurs piscines. La plage est à 300 mètre et un petit commerces a proximité pour prendre le pain et les croissants le matin. Très Pratique ! Un petite marché a 15 minutes a pieds Place des Palmiers. Possibilité de louer des vélo sur cette place. La place de parking au sous-sol est très pratique pour décharger les affaires. Un peu étriqué par contre. Un petit bémol le lit double un peu trop bas, j'ai eu un peu mal au dos. les lits simple de la seconde chambre sont très bien. apprécié des enfants.

Leuk appartement- ontspannen verblijf

Alles was aanwezig en we kwamen niets te kort aan bv zeep, koffie etc. Zeer goede ligging dicht bij het strand en restaurants. Rustig appartement op het vierde zonder bovenburen. Goede uitvalsbasis om de buurt van La Baule te verkennen. Ondanks COVID-19 heeft de eigenaar onze reservatie vastgehouden tot we zeker waren dat we de grens mochten passeren. 1 minpuntje: ik was te groot voor het bed.

Appartement très agréable au calme aménagé avec goût et très bien équipé. Il bénéficie d'une belle terrasse sans vis a vis. La propriété a plusieurs piscines dont une chauffée dans un cadre magnifique. La plage est à 300 mètre et les commerces sont proches. Nombreux marchés dans les environs et plusieurs grandes surfaces. C'est un bon point de départ pour visiter la région. Le mois de septembre est propice pour un bon séjour. Un petit bémol le lit double un peu trop bas pour des seniors.
