Come to discover this nice bourgeois home of 300m2 nice and bright. It will allow you to relax and enjoy the nature and quiet of the countryside on 2 acres. It consists of a large entrance, a spacious dining room, a billiard room adjoining the living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a study. Six bedrooms are on the first floor with two bathrooms, both with shower and bath. We offer many outdoor and indoor games. The house is a 3-minute drive from Saint-Fargeau, its castle and its historical spectacle and 15 minutes from the castle of Guédelon, Lake Bourdon and the animal park of Boutissaint.

Grande et agréable maison, bien aménagée, convient bien pour 12 personnes, bien équipée

Les ados ont joué au billard, une étudiante a pu travailler dans le bureau et un autre dans le petit salon, pendant que les parents prenaient l'apéritif dans le grand salon. Nous avons visité le château de GUEDELON et celui de SAINT FARGEAU, St F où nous allions également au pain et faire quelques courses au B1. Merci beaucoup à notre hôte qui est très sympathique.

Un cadre idéal, une propriété exceptionnelle

Notre groupe d'amis a adoré le séjour: la maison est un vrai petit château, avec un parc très agréable en partie ombragé, ce qui est très agréable en pleine canicule. La propriétaire est très accueillante. Pour un groupe d'une dizaine de personnes, c'est l'idéal !

Très bon accueil et très belles prestations., Correspond parfaitement à l'annonce et propreté impeccable. Un parc magnifique mais un bémol sur le mobilier de jardin - 3 chiliennes pour 12 personnes et chaises en mauvais état, dommage. Point négatif également pour le billard annoncé, mais pas de queues en bon état. Malgré tout , nous avons passé un excellent séjour et conseillons vivement ce gîte.

Un écrin pour un très beau moment en famille

Dès les premiers contacts, nous nous sommes sentis attendus dans cette très belle propriété qui offre suffisamment d'espace et d'équipements pour que le temps soit consacré à profiter du bonheur de se retrouver en famille. Cette partie de la région est à découvrir... mais hélas, les lieux touristiques étaient fermés (réouverture en avril), nous avons donc profité de la maison pleinement ! Nous sommes repartis heureux et avec plein de beaux souvenirs.

Great huge clean house as described.

Easy Property to find and was much bigger in person than in the photos. Plenty of bedrooms and lots of living space. The bathrooms were huge! Small kitchen but you can work with it. Decent size fridge freezer and clean. I’d say the kitchen wasn’t as fully equipped as described, a fair amount of major things were missing- grater, measuring jug, chopping board, decent knives, wooden spoons and other common utensils made it a big difficult to prepare meals. However lots of crockery and silverware. There was a lack of cloths/sponges to clean the kitchen and could have done with a brush to sweep the floors during the week. (There was a Hoover though) Linen isn’t provided but we just bought our own which was easy as we were driving. (Duvets and pillows provided) Lovely big garden and very enclosed so very private. For outdoor furniture there is only metal chairs and tables which wasn’t really comfortable to relax on during the hot days. (It didn’t mention in the listing what furniture it was) could have done with some loungers maybe. And the evenings we just sat on the steps out the back or inside. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property as it was a great base for us to explore the area for our quick 5 day getaway

La propriété est telle que nous l'a décrite la propriétaire, quand nous avons pu la joindre : très vaste et elle s'est avérée très agréable. Par contre un bémol pour le site abritel peu convivial et difficile d'accès. Au final un excellent séjour et une propriétaire très sympathique.

Superbe endroit

Très belle demeure, proche du site de Guedelon, ce que nous recherchions. Le jardin est très agréable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié et recommandons vivement cette location.

Wunderbares Landhaus im Herzen von Frankreich

Mit unserer Familie (Eltern und fünf erwachsene Kinder) haben wir zwei Wochen in diesem herrschaftlichen, grosszügigen und äusserst geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus verbracht. Alles war sauber und in Ordnung, die Vermieter freundlich und diskret. Zum Teil wackeln die Türfallen und nicht alle Fenster schliessen perfekt - aber das vermittelt etwas "Schlossstimmung". Der Park ist wunderschön mit den alten Bäumen, die jederzeit irgendwo Schatten bieten. Wir nutzten ihn für Fussballspielen, Boccia und Lesen. Das Haus liegt ländlich - geweckt wird man vom Krähen der Hähne oder vorbeifahrenden Traktoren, sonst sehr ruhig und friedlich. In der Umgebung besuchten wir Saint-Fargeau mit Schloss und grossem Historienspektakel, die kleine Badeanstalt in Bléneau, die Abbtei Vézelay, den Burgbau in Guedelon, das Wasserschloss in Sully und als grösseren Ausflug das Schloss von Fontainbleau. Es waren perfekte Ferien!

Beautiful home and grounds

We adored this house - it’s huge!! Downstairs is living space with a terrace and a beautiful view to the garden and woods beyond. Upstairs is a long hallway with 6 bedrooms, two very large bathrooms, and a separate toilet. Note that linens are not provided; I might have missed it in the description but as we were traveling abroad it was difficult to secure them with only a few days notice. Google maps is not accurate but Apple maps is. Again - stunning house and grounds, very clean and comfy, and easy check in/check out process. Highly recommended!

Nous avons passé un trés bon long week-end! La maison (très propre) et le jardin (trés grand) sont magnifiques! Les enfants pouvaient passer toute la journée dans le jardin et n'avaient pas le temps de s'ennuyer :-) Nous étions très bien accuiellis par les proprietaires. On recommande!
