In the heart of the resort, facing the beach of Trestraou, you will enjoy a permanent animation but without noise nuisance.
Near the apartment you will find a row of restaurants and bakery, (GMS about 5km), cinema .... The center of Perros-Guirec is only 500m from the beach of Trestraou.
There are lots of beautiful landscapes to discover and walks to do (the landing stage for the 7 islands is only a few meters from the apartment). The beach is also very pleasant with all facilities for children: Mickey club, riding school, small motorcycles, inflatable castle, surf club ... and this wonderful view!

Nous avons passé un excellent week end dans l’appartement de Laure et Éric, conforme à la description, idéalement situé avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et les 7 Îles. Appartement idéalement situé bénéficiant d'une vue mer incroyable et répondant totalement à la description et à la photographie de l'annonce. Parfait. Côtes d'Armor sublimes, très beaux paysages, beaucoup de choses à découvrir, balade en mer, chemins pédestres et bien d'autres. Séjour trop bref mais à refaire.

Idéalement situé sur la très belle plage de Trestraou et au pieds du chemin de douaniers, côte de granit rose. Station et appartement très cosy. Propriétaire donne de très bon conseils de visite.
