Such a lovely quiet stay

Clean, well kept, well thought out. The internet was great. The shower has great pressure, hot water. It really was a home away from home, without the pressures of home ;)

Hard to find in the darkness.

Once we found it in the darkness, third ranch on the left, the host, Gary, got us back on track, the ranch accommodations were excellent. We had our own private house, very comfortable. It would be a good base of operations for another trip. Tucson and Phoenix are reasonable drives as is Sedona(May the spirits be with you.)

Peaceful Cozy and Away from it all

We absolutely loved this cozy little guest house. We will definitely be finding time to come back. Not only was the listing exactly how it was described, but words don’t do justice to describe how peaceful it was to get away from it all under the stars. To top it off, the kitchen really had it all; we brought a few things with us, because we weren’t sure exactly what the kitchen might have in terms of supplies, but we really didn’t need any of it.Thank you very much!

Very nice place to stay

The house was very nice, clean, and comfortable. It is on a dirt road, as stated, which we didn’t think would be a big deal, as we live on a dirt road and are used to that. However, because of the condition of the road, it takes about forty-five minutes to get from the house to downtown Sedona, which is much more than we anticipated. That being said, that was our only complaint. It is a very nice property with some snacks, and plenty of towels, bedding, etc. provided.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the scenery and quiet surroundings were amazing and the Guest House was 5 Star - thanks for the wonderful memories. We would definitely return as there is so much to do and see in the area.

Off the beaten path

This is a fantastic property that makes you feel like you're in the middle of nowhere. I was able to enjoy a hot cup of black coffee and a cigar around the fire pit most mornings and just soaked up the solitude. The owners/managers were very helpful and communicative. If you're looking for a place with restaurants and shopping centers just down the road, look elsewhere. But if you're looking for a quiet place off the beaten path, you're probably looking for this property.

Wonderful property, beautiful scenery

This is one of the best VRBOs I've ever stayed in. The owner was wonderful and responsive, the home was immaculate, and you could not ask for a better view. I loved every second at this place. It was hard to leave! Highly recommended, 10/10!

Wonderful Ranch Guest house

Loved our stay at the ranch guest house. Exactly as described by wonderful host. Peaceful, magnificient sky, guest house spotless and truly well equipped. We felt at home right away. Patio with firepit was perfect too! Thanks for the welcoming fresh eggs and snacks. Would love to come back and will absolutely recommend to friends.

A week in Sedona

We stayed 7 days at this vrbo outside of Sedona. It was a refreshing respite from the busyness of town. The place was very clean and inviting. The host was great. The experience checked all the boxes for us. We are a retired couple looking to enjoy all the sites, but not all the hassles of staying in town.

A peaceful beauty

My husband and I stayed here for a week as a home base for our hiking and exploring. This rental is such a peaceful location and the night sky was truly a delight. I highly recommend if you want a unique experience come stay at the M Diamond Ranch.

Ranch Surprise

Very nice arrangement, beautifully decorated. It was more remote from Sedona than I could determine from the website, and the road was rough, but the setting was very pretty. We were close to sites like Crane petroglyphs and Montezuma Castle and Well that we probably would not have known about had we stayed in Sedona.

Clean, quiet, friendly

Husband, two teens and I stayed here for the week while we took day trips hiking and site seeing. Great place to relax after a long day at the Grand Canyon or hiking in Sedona. The hosts are super friendly and accommodating if you need anything. Sunrise views with cows, deer, and rabbits are calm and perfect for getting the day started. The guesthouse is very nice. Very clean and perfect for our family of 4. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, Secluded Ranch Stay!

We loved this Ranch experience! We explored the Ranch, watched the stars, and cooked on the grill/campfire during our stay. The dirt road leading up to the guest house is rough, but easily passible with an SUV. All amenities worked perfectly, and the host was very responsive. I would recommend the local Coconino trails, such as The Bell Trail to The Crack, which is 4 miles up 618 from the guest house. Also, the wine walk in Jerome and Sedona city are nearby! We would definitely stay here again!

5 stars

This property is even better than described. If you are looking for a relaxing place to unwind, this is it. A charming guesthouse on a rural property surrounded by mountain views. Check in & check out process is easy and owners are available on site if needed. The guesthouse was very clean and welcoming. Beds are comfortable, A/C works excellent and they have nice little touches around the house to make it feel like a home. We will stay here again for sure.

Great views , rough drive

We had a great stay. Property has beautiful views and we enjoyed sitting by the fire and watching the stars at night. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. Host was very responsive. Giving 4 stars because reviews made it sound like easy drive to Sedona. It is actually closer to 7 miles from main road and 4 of those were unpaved. We rented a van. I would highly suggest an SUV as this road was very rough and added about 25 minutes to our drive each day. If you want peace and quiet it was perfect. But next time I would stay closer Sedona.

Wonderful stay. The Guest House is comfortable, cozy and has many nice touches like big fluffy towels, shampoo and soap, farm fresh eggs left for us and little snacks on hand. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the cottage was spotless. A really wonderful, private and unique location - you feel like you are away from it all. (The short ride down a gravel road was worth the solitude and is a beautiful drive). Gary, the host, knows how to show hospitality in just the right way. He greeted us and was available, but not at all intrusive. He was kind enough to make a fire for us which was a real treat …. star gazing, hearing the low moos of the cattle and whinnying of the horses in front of cozy fire overlooking the beautiful untouched expanse of desert was a real treat. A great and unique spot and a great stay.

Our weekend stay

The property is very clean and cozy. My boyfriend and i had some very good sleep. We enjoy grilling and rest so that’s what we did. Our goal was to hike Sedona, and I honestly do not recommend staying here if you want to explore Sedona only cause it takes so much time driving around to and from Sedona that you lose time. There are other recommended spots to hike, but I wasn’t really aware of them so we didn’t go. If you want to go to these near by hiking places and be far away from the town I recommend staying here. Also as the instructions and other comments say— there’s a lot of gravel so take an SUV.

Great guesthouse, on working cattle farm

We had a great stay. The guesthouse is on a working cattle ranch, and there may be cattle wandering around the property as you drive in. The house has 2 bedroons and a sofa-bed, and all of the beds were comfortable. The sofa-bed has a newer mattress. The property manager greeted us on arrival and check in/checkout was easy. We didn't have to do any extra cleaning on checkout. There's a corral with the owner's horses and we had fun feeding them grass. There's a BBQ and firepit area outside too. It was cold when we were there and we didn't use them. Just a note that they don’t have an oven but the microwave has a baking feature and it can be used instead. They also have a Keurig with k cups and a drip coffee maker. We had fun, and I'd like to come back in the summer.

Perfect for sister shenanigans

Three sisters, 53-60, met for our yearly vacation. This location was close enough to visit the main attraction, Jerome, Sedona, Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon (spent one night away in Page) but was far enough away from town to enjoy the stars, fire in the pit, peaceful and quite. We loved walking on the ranch with our morning coffee and having our alone time.
